Kindora Featured Among New SuperCrowd Impact Offerings - October 5, 2026
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.
Blockchain Homes Aims to Give Every Property a Permanent History
tl;dr:
Cyndi Robirds draws on 17 years in real estate to address missing property histories and costly surprises for buyers.
Blockchain Homes aims to preserve disclosures, repairs and maintenance records in a lasting, shareable property history.
Homeowners, builders and warranty companies could use verified records to improve accountability, maintenance and real estate transparency.
Cyndi is raising capital through AeQuitas invest, opening the opportunity to people beyond traditional accredited investors.
Her superpower is independent thinking: finding overlooked inefficiencies, embracing willingness and building useful solutions one step at a time.
Can you retire with $1 million? I couldn’t.
Last night I retired at 67 with $274,004.
My goal was $1 million. I fell well short. Luckily, it was only a game, and I can play again. That’s the point.
The game is called Fantasy Impact League. It’s free, and it lets you live a whole investing life in about 20 minutes without risking a dime. It’s live now in early access, and I’m looking for beta testers.
In the game, careful impact-minded players who start at 30 reach $1 million about 6 times in 10. Players who pick at random make it about 1 time in 4. Which one will you be?
Help Green2Gold Recover and Keep Helping Maui Rebuild
Sometimes the people helping others rebuild need a hand themselves.
My friend and collaborator Prof. Alan Tratner is asking for help. His nonprofit, Green2Gold, has spent decades helping inventors and entrepreneurs turn environmental ideas into practical solutions. Now, repeated storms have disrupted its work in Lahaina, Maui.
Hawaiʻi has endured a brutal year. State officials estimated more than $680 million in damage and recovery costs from the March Kona Low storms and hurricanes Lala and Lowell, before Nolo arrived.
Alan reports that the Kona Low storms forced a relocation. Later came Lala, then Nolo, when a tree smashed through a window. Flooding and days without electricity, internet or phone service compounded the disruption. Refrigerated and frozen food spoiled.
These setbacks come as Lahaina continues recovering from the devastating 2023 wildfire. Green2Gold has helped champion “Build Back Green,” bringing attention to sustainable, resilient approaches to rebuilding Maui.
The irony is painful: an organization devoted to addressing environmental threats is struggling with disaster at its own doorstep.
At The Super Crowd, Inc., we collaborate with Alan and Green2Gold on our annual SuperGreen Live event, connecting climate solutions with capital and community. I’m asking our community to extend that same spirit of practical support to our partner now.
ChatRx Uses AI to Make Healthcare More Accessible and Affordable
tl;dr:
After three decades in medicine, Tod Stillson founded ChatRx to make healthcare more accessible and affordable through AI-powered virtual urgent care.
ChatRx uses physician-designed, FDA-registered software to assess symptoms, identify appropriate treatments and help patients navigate common medical conditions.
Partnerships with schools, universities and independent pharmacies help ChatRx reach people facing financial, transportation or other barriers to timely healthcare.
Through regulated investment crowdfunding on Wefunder, ChatRx invites community members to invest and support its expansion into additional states.
Tod’s superpower is mission-driven determination, fueled by a commitment to lower healthcare costs, serve patients responsibly and build a team around meaningful change.
A Scientist Became a Patient. Then the Patient Became an Entrepreneur.
Lidio Meireles’ life was threatened when he was diagnosed with lymphoma.
He received an autologous stem cell transplant, but the lymphoma returned. He then underwent several CAR T-cell trials, but the lymphoma returned again. The next step was an allogeneic stem cell transplant, and he had to start over.
Needless to say, his wife and children were worried.
When a perfect match donor was found on the national registry, his family was relieved. But their excitement lasted only a few weeks. The donor backed out.
The medical team then recommended his 40-year-old brother as the donor.
But this time, Lidio had questions.
He is a scientist with a PhD in computational biology. After years of experience in pharmaceutical research, including work contributing to FDA-approved therapeutics, he relies on data to answer questions.
Why was his brother considered the best option? Didn’t the donor’s age pose a risk? Lidio wasn’t satisfied. He conducted his own donor search and eventually found a distant cousin in Brazil who was not only a better match but also much younger than his brother, at 24.
Lidio received his stem cell transplant and survived lymphoma.
But he couldn’t stop thinking about this question: When a perfect donor isn’t available, how do doctors determine which donor is actually the safest choice?
That Question Took Lidio from Patient to Entrepreneur
Today, donor selection relies heavily on HLA matching. The basic idea is straightforward - the closer the match, the better.
But the biology is far more complicated.
Not all mismatches carry the same risk. Some may be relatively well tolerated, while others could trigger serious immune complications like graft-versus-host disease.
