Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Infinity Fuel Cell and Hydrogen, with a valuation of $65.6 million, is raising funds on DealMaker Securities. Led by President and CEO William Smith, the company develops fuel cells, electrolyzers, and regenerative fuel-cell systems for space, underwater, military, and terrestrial applications. Since 2002, Infinity Fuel has secured approximately $60 million in contracts and licensing agreements with government and commercial customers, including NASA, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the FAA, and commercial space and underwater companies. Its technology has completed more than 2,600 hours of NASA testing, supported two Blue Origin flight missions, and powered an autonomous underwater vehicle through a 2,023-kilometer mission lasting 385 continuous hours.
Infinity Fuel has received more than $5 million in purchase orders during the first quarter of 2026 and continues to work on projects involving lunar power systems, regenerative fuel-cell stacks, and underwater autonomous vehicles. The company’s fuel cells generate electricity and water from hydrogen and oxygen, while its electrolyzers can produce hydrogen and oxygen for energy storage. Combined, these technologies can form regenerative fuel-cell systems designed to store renewable energy and provide power when the original energy source is unavailable. Infinity Fuel reports averaging approximately $5 million in annual revenue and 20% gross profit over the past four years.
The company is targeting growing markets where batteries may face limitations in range, endurance, weight, or rechargeability. These include lunar exploration, military autonomous underwater vehicles, commercial underwater operations, and terrestrial microgrids. Infinity Fuel estimates potential opportunities across a projected $170 billion lunar economy, a $10 billion-plus military autonomous underwater vehicle market, and a $406 billion terrestrial microgrid market. Its technology is intended to support longer missions, reduce logistical requirements, and provide reliable power in demanding environments.
William Smith was also featured on SuperGreen Live Demo Day, where he shared insights about Infinity Fuel Cell and Hydrogen and its clean-energy technology. Watch the session. With more than two decades of hydrogen innovation, government and commercial validation, ongoing contracts, and applications across emerging energy and defense markets, Infinity Fuel Cell and Hydrogen aims to advance reliable hydrogen-based power systems for some of the world’s most challenging operating environments. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Oner, with a valuation of $45 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded and led by President Azim Ghader, with Sthuthi Peter serving as Senior Global Operations, the company is building the Oner Network, an intelligent financial network designed to make global payments faster, cheaper, and more accessible for people, businesses, and AI agents. Oner aims to process transactions for less than one cent in under one second, offering an alternative to traditional payment systems that can charge $15–$50 per transfer and take days to complete.
Oner’s infrastructure is designed to support a broad range of transactions, from everyday international payments to large-scale business transfers and autonomous machine-to-machine payments. Its AI-native architecture is intended to enable AI agents to execute transactions independently, addressing limitations in legacy payment systems. The company is also developing an innovative multi-issuer digital dollar with built-in cashback, designed for use anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted.
The company is supported by a world-class team of more than 35 professionals with experience at organizations including JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, IBM, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the London Stock Exchange Group. Oner describes its approach as regulatory-first and launch-ready, with its infrastructure designed for the evolving digital-dollar and stablecoin environment. Its business model is built around reserve assets and stablecoin infrastructure, with the company seeking to generate returns from reserves while maintaining transaction fees near zero.
Oner has already attracted more than 250 investors in its first funding round and is now opening Round 2 to additional backers. The current campaign allows investors to participate from $200, while the first $100,000 committed is eligible for a limited-time 15% early-bird bonus, subject to the campaign’s terms. The company plans to use the funding to advance its payment infrastructure, expand its network, and help establish a more inclusive financial system for both human and AI-driven transactions. Future projections, including profitability, are not guaranteed. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
