Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
PulpFixin, with a valuation of $12 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. Led by CEO and board member Chad Alan Jenkins and co-founded by board member Sonia Kriz, the company develops high-performance, sustainable alternatives to single-use plastic products used in modern laboratories. PulpFixin’s products are designed to support scientific workflows without compromising performance, including laboratory automation, cryogenic storage, sample management, traceability, and liquid handling. The company has developed more than 27 commercial products and has over 95 additional products in development, supported by more than 30 years of combined leadership experience in life sciences. PulpFixin has moved into early commercialization, with initial product launches, first commercial revenue, global distribution partnerships across the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC, and products being evaluated or adopted by pharmaceutical, biotechnology, research, and healthcare organizations. Its strategic collaborations include Azenta Life Sciences, LVL Technologies, and Micronic, while its customer evaluations include organizations such as Pfizer, Moderna, Illumina, Trailhead Bio, Kaiser Permanente, and Vertex. The company has also earned multiple international innovation awards and serves as the Official Sustainability Sponsor of SLAS Europe. PulpFixin plans to use the proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign primarily to support its team and commercial growth, customer acquisition, inventory and production scaling, operational automation and expansion, new product development, and marketing and education. With a growing product portfolio, global partnerships, and a focus on helping laboratories reduce unnecessary plastic waste while maintaining the performance required by scientific workflows, PulpFixin aims to help establish more sustainable materials as a new standard for laboratories worldwide. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Red Hen App is raising funds on Wefunder. Led by CEO and owner Lauren Lovejoy and co-founder and president Brett Burton, the company has developed a farmer-led mobile marketplace that enables farms across the United States to sell directly to consumers through local pickup, delivery, or nationwide shipping. The platform makes it easier for customers to discover nearby and nationwide farms, search available inventory, filter products based on how food is raised, and purchase farm-fresh food directly from producers. In under a year, Red Hen has grown to more than 470 farms actively selling across 40+ states and over 8,400 customers, adding approximately 10 farms and 100 customers each week without paid advertising. The company also benefits from a built-in social media audience of more than 350,000 followers and has launched nationwide shipping to expand access to farm products across the country. Red Hen operates on a transaction-based model, earning a percentage of sales while charging farms no monthly fees and aligning its growth with the success of its sellers. The platform reports that 28% of buyers have returned for repeat purchases, with some customers ordering weekly. The company plans to use the proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign to develop a web-based marketplace, improve the platform and customer experience, support operations, and expand marketing through SEO, high-intent search advertising, and farm-driven word-of-mouth growth. Red Hen is also negotiating a potential acquisition of Chop Local, an existing direct-to-consumer marketplace, though no binding agreement has been executed. With a growing network of farms and customers, nationwide distribution capabilities, and a mission to strengthen small farms and improve access to locally sourced food, Red Hen aims to help build a more connected, transparent, and decentralized food system. Featured on Superpowers for Good: CEO Lauren Lovejoy was featured on the Superpowers for Good show, sharing how Red Hen App bridges the gap between farmers and consumers by simplifying access to local food, supporting small farmers, and raising capital through crowdfunding.

SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Havre de Grace Low-Income Community Solar is raising funds on Climatize to finance a 1.6 MW rooftop community solar project in Maryland. Developed by ESA, a founder-owned and operated solar and storage developer with more than 8 GW of projects transacted nationwide, the project is designed to expand access to affordable clean energy while creating long-term value for the local community. The project will direct more than 50% of its electricity to low- and moderate-income households in BGE territory, providing subscribers with a 25% discount on solar energy for 20 years through Maryland’s community solar program. The project has secured domestic solar modules under Safe Harbor provisions and is expected to qualify for a 40% federal tax credit. It also received a $431,412 grant from the Maryland Energy Administration through a competitive funding process—the largest grant awarded within ESA’s portfolio. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2027 and will employ a local Maryland workforce, transforming a commercial rooftop into a long-term source of lower energy costs, clean power, and local economic activity. ESA brings extensive experience developing community solar, utility-scale, rooftop solar, and energy storage projects, taking projects from early development through construction. Led by CEO Lindsay Latre and Chief Revenue Officer Morgan Brawner, the company focuses in Maryland on community-scale rooftop solar projects in partnership with small businesses and faith-based organizations. The proceeds from the offering will help finance the project’s development and construction, supporting a solar asset designed to deliver both environmental benefits and meaningful energy savings to Maryland households. With a substantial community-benefit component, significant government support, secured project equipment, and an experienced solar developer behind it, Havre de Grace Low-Income Community Solar aims to demonstrate how community solar can make clean energy more affordable for households that need it most.
