You can advertise in Superpowers for Good. Click to learn more.
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Topanga Ridge Group is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Led by CEO Rebecca Braren, the company is an integrative mental wellness practice based in Topanga, California, offering a high-touch alternative to traditional mental health care. Topanga Ridge Group operates on the philosophy that emotional suffering is often a natural response to lived experiences rather than evidence of disorder, and its wellness model incorporates holistic support methods, ancestral healing traditions, and the exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. By positioning its services outside the conventional licensed clinical framework, the company combines academic theoretical foundations with global ritual training to deliver individualized wellness experiences focused on emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
The company provides services through both in-person and virtual sessions, enabling clients to access care regardless of geographic location while maintaining a strong community-centered approach. Topanga Ridge Group has established a hybrid operating model that supports consistent engagement through one-on-one sessions and plans to expand its offerings with additional practitioners and future wellness retreats. The business has built strong organic momentum, maintaining a 100% five-star client review record and increasing client referrals by approximately 50% annually over the past four years, all achieved without paid marketing expenditures.
Topanga Ridge Group’s differentiated approach emphasizes integrative care and personalized support in a growing wellness market increasingly seeking alternatives to conventional mental health models. The company’s combination of holistic practices, virtual accessibility, and community-driven growth has helped establish a loyal client base and strong brand reputation. With plans to expand capacity and broaden its wellness programming, Topanga Ridge Group aims to continue scaling its unique model of emotional wellness support while deepening its impact through both local and remote engagement. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Property Onchain is raising funds on AeQuitas Invest. Founded and led by CEO Cyndi Robirds, the company is developing a blockchain-verified property history platform designed to bring greater transparency, trust, and fraud protection to real estate transactions. Built by Blockchain Homes, LLC, Property Onchain aims to function as a “Carfax for homes” by creating immutable property records that track repairs, permits, ownership history, and other critical housing data throughout the lifetime of a property. The platform addresses a major pain point in residential real estate, where homebuyers often discover costly undisclosed issues after closing due to fragmented or incomplete property histories. By securely preserving verified records on blockchain infrastructure, Property Onchain seeks to modernize how home data is stored, transferred, and trusted across ownership changes.
The company is targeting a massive market opportunity within the $45 trillion real estate industry, which includes more than five million home sales annually, over 1.5 million licensed real estate professionals, hundreds of thousands of contractors, and a large ecosystem of builders and service providers. Property Onchain plans to generate revenue through multiple channels, including individual property reports priced based on home value, subscription-based SaaS services for real estate professionals and contractors, and future enterprise-level API licensing integrations. The business believes its blockchain-secured property records can offer consumers and industry participants a more comprehensive and trustworthy alternative to fragmented data sources currently available across traditional real estate platforms.
Cyndi Robirds brings more than 16 years of real estate experience to the venture and has been an educator and advocate for blockchain technology in the housing industry since 2017. Her firsthand experience navigating disclosure challenges in real estate transactions inspired the creation of Property Onchain as a consumer-protection and transparency-focused solution. The company plans to use the proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign to support the MVP launch of Property Vault and Property Onchain, expand its IT and marketing teams, and initiate pilot programs with early adopters, including counties, agents, and builders. With a mission centered on increasing truth, transparency, and trust in homeownership, Property Onchain aims to establish a new standard for verified property history records in real estate. SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
The Sports Bra, with a valuation of $12 million, is raising funds on Republic. Founded and led by CEO Jenny Nguyen, the company is the world’s first sports bar fully dedicated to women’s sports and is building a category-defining hospitality and entertainment brand around the rapidly growing women’s sports movement. The Sports Bra was launched in Portland, Oregon, in 2022 after Nguyen recognized the lack of spaces where women’s sports were treated as the main event rather than an afterthought. Designed as a community-centered destination where women’s games are always featured prominently, The Sports Bra combines hospitality, advocacy, and inclusive culture while sourcing from women-owned and women-operated businesses whenever possible. The company is now leveraging its early success to expand nationally through a franchise-driven growth strategy.
The Sports Bra generated more than $1 million in revenue during its first eight months of operation and has gained significant national recognition through more than 1,000 media features generating over 8 billion impressions. The brand has secured backing from notable supporters, including Alexis Ohanian’s 776 Foundation, WNBA Champion Renee Montgomery, and Parity CEO Leela Srinivasan. The company has also formed partnerships with major brands and organizations such as Nike, adidas, ESPN, Buick, Ally Financial, Strava, the WNBA, NWSL, LPGA, and Athletes Unlimited. Expansion is already underway, with franchise locations planned or opening in Boston, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, St. Louis, and Portland, Maine, while future target markets include New York City, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, and San Francisco.
The Sports Bra operates through multiple revenue streams, including full-service hospitality operations, franchise fees and royalties, branded merchandise, sponsorships, media partnerships, and licensing opportunities. Its flagship Portland location reportedly generates approximately $25,000 per seat annually, and the company projects the business could scale to more than 40 locations and over $75 million in annual revenue by 2030. Beyond financial growth, The Sports Bra has positioned itself as a cultural and community movement, hosting events, fundraisers, advocacy initiatives, and partnerships supporting women’s sports and local organizations. With growing consumer demand for women’s sports content and experiences, a first-mover advantage in the category, and a scalable franchise model, The Sports Bra aims to become the leading national destination brand for women’s sports fans and communities.
