Over the past few years, Chandan and I have been working to perfect the processes and technologies we use to spot new investment offerings. We’ve now reached the point that we are confident that we are seeing all of them and have paired that with technology for creating quick summaries of all the new offerings.

So, we’ve created a new perk for our Impact Members: a searchable directory of live offerings. To be clear, the database isn’t yet complete, but already includes dozens of offerings, including a bunch of offerings that met the screening requirements to be chosen as one of “Devin’s Impact Pick of the Week” selections.

Each investment offering on the list is open to all investors with no wealth or expertise test. We’ve also prepared a due diligence review—either preliminary or detailed as one of my weekly impact picks. Check it out below and let us know what you think.
