Norr Organic Featured Among New Impact Offerings - June 2, 2025
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

25 Reasons to Invest Through Regulated Investment Crowdfunding for Social Impact
I’ve spent years immersed in the world of impact investing, and if I sound a little fired up today, it’s because I am. The traditional capital markets continue to overlook brilliant, diverse entrepreneurs—especially those working in and for their communities. That’s why I’m passionate about regulated investment crowdfunding (Regulation Crowdfunding or Reg CF, particularly). It’s not perfect, but it’s the most promising tool we have to democratize access to capital, empower underrepresented founders, and reshape our economy from the ground up. Here are just a few of the reasons I believe so deeply in this movement:
Democratization of Capital
Reg CF breaks down barriers that historically excluded all but the wealthy from investing in private ventures.Access to Overlooked Founders
Traditional VC overlooks diverse founders; Reg CF helps level the playing field by allowing the crowd to support talent the system ignores.Rooted in Community
Reg CF enables investment in local businesses and causes that directly impact investors’ own neighborhoods.Alignment of Values and Capital
Investors can back companies that reflect their personal values—whether environmental, racial equity, health access, or local job creation.Empowering the Underdog
Entrepreneurs who don’t look like the Silicon Valley stereotype or have Ivy League connections can still raise capital through Reg CF.Transparency and Accountability
Issuers are required to disclose financials, risks, and plans—more than many angel deals offer—providing retail investors with real data.
My Panda: Building Community and Delivering Help, One Task at a Time
tl;dr:
My Panda connects people with hyper-local assistants to provide trusted help for daily tasks.
The app fosters community by hiring local Pandas and creating a culture of mutual support.
My Panda’s business model includes flat hourly rates, memberships, and perks for users.
Tamara’s superpower is empathy, helping her identify and act on others’ needs.
The company is raising capital via a WeFunder crowdfunding campaign to support its expansion.
