Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Canopii, with a valuation of $12 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded and led by CEO David Ashton, the company is developing a new model for local food production through fully autonomous, certified organic greenhouses designed to operate profitably at community scale. Unlike traditional controlled environment agriculture companies that rely on massive centralized facilities or labor-intensive container farms, Canopii has engineered a 2,500-square-foot robotic greenhouse that eliminates two of agriculture’s largest cost drivers—labor and distribution. Its patent-pending system automates seeding, transplanting, harvesting, binning, and cleaning, enabling fresh produce to be grown close to consumers regardless of land constraints, weather conditions, or labor shortages. Manufactured in partnership with GK Machine, one of the West Coast’s largest agricultural equipment manufacturers, the system is designed to fit into parking lots, urban corridors, and underserved communities while delivering same-day harvested organic produce directly to local retailers.
The business operates on a recurring revenue model by deploying farms at locations where demand already exists. Canopii owns and operates the physical farming assets, while retail and community partners provide the space and purchase the produce grown on-site. The company is preparing to build its first commercial farm in Portland, Oregon, supported by a regional grocer’s commitment to purchase the entire harvest through four private-label product lines. The model is underpinned by strong unit economics validated through prototype operations, supplier quotes, and commercial agreements. Based on current assumptions, a single farm is projected to generate approximately $388,000 in annual revenue, deliver a 62% gross margin, produce roughly $196,000 in EBITDA, and achieve a projected 10-year internal rate of return of 24.6%, before platform-level overhead. Canopii’s strategy focuses on premium local categories such as packaged organic greens, living herbs, and specialty nursery applications that large-scale producers struggle to serve efficiently.
The company has demonstrated substantial early traction, raising $3.6 million to date, including $2.3 million in non-dilutive funding from organizations such as the USDA, NSF, Business Oregon, ONAMI, Elevate Capital, TiE Oregon, Ideaship, VertueLab, and Willamette Valley Capital. It has submitted an additional $3.3 million in federal grant applications focused on advancing machine learning and computer vision capabilities for autonomous agriculture. Commercial milestones include a supply agreement in final negotiation with New Seasons Market, an LOI with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation for a second deployment, and relationships with premium foodservice customers. The company has also attracted national attention through features in TechCrunch and GeekWire, highlighting its first autonomous harvest. This raise will fund the construction of Canopii’s first commercial deployment, validate live operating economics, and unlock equipment financing that can support future expansion with reduced reliance on equity capital. With a differentiated approach to local food infrastructure, strategic manufacturing partnerships, strong non-dilutive support, and a roadmap toward franchise-driven expansion, Canopii aims to redefine how communities produce and access fresh organic food. The company integrates evidence-based human resources practices with neuroscience and trauma-informed principles to help organizations create environments that support both employee well-being and operational performance. Through services including compliance audits, labor and employee relations, total rewards strategy, policy development, leadership coaching, workplace investigations, culture transformation initiatives, and fractional and interim HR leadership, Trauma-Informed HR provides organizations with practical solutions that bridge empathy and accountability. Its people-centered approach has resonated across sectors including healthcare, education, nonprofits, biotech, manufacturing, insurance, and professional services, where leaders increasingly recognize that resilient cultures drive stronger organizational outcomes.
The business operates through a diversified service model that combines consulting engagements, recurring advisory retainers, executive coaching, specialized training programs, speaking engagements, and scalable educational resources. The firm’s fractional and interim HR leadership model has gained traction among healthcare and nonprofit organizations seeking to strengthen workplace culture, improve team stability, and build long-term resilience. By creating multiple revenue channels and investing in scalable offerings, the company aims to expand its impact while maintaining the personalized expertise that has become its hallmark.
The company has already demonstrated early market validation and growing momentum since its founding in 2025. Trauma-Informed HR generated approximately $50,000 in first-year revenue, served more than 15 clients across multiple industries, and established recurring advisory and retainer relationships generating approximately $2,875 in monthly recurring revenue. Shae Noble has earned national recognition as a thought leader in trauma-informed workplace practices through speaking engagements at major HR conferences, including CUPA-HR, SHRM events, HUMANA, and HR Today. Highly attended presentations such as What HR Professionals Can Learn from Trauma-Informed Care, The Psychology of Retirement, and Riding the Rapids of Change have positioned the firm at the forefront of people-centered leadership innovation. The company has also collaborated with nationally recognized advocates, including co-authoring workplace trauma sensitivity research with Elena Joy Thurston, further strengthening its credibility and influence. Funds raised through this offering will support investments in technology infrastructure, marketing, product development, staffing, and the expansion of scalable resources such as online trainings and professional toolkits. With increasing awareness of employee well-being, workplace resilience, and the human side of organizational performance, Trauma-Informed HR aims to become a leading voice in shaping healthier, more sustainable workplaces across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Blue Mahoe Capital Caribbean is raising funds on Silicon Prairie Online. Led by Chairman and CEO David Mullings, the company is focused on addressing Jamaica’s significant affordable housing shortage through strategic real estate development and investment. Blue Mahoe Capital Caribbean seeks to create long-term value by developing residential communities that provide quality, attainable housing solutions while supporting broader economic growth across the Caribbean. The company is positioning itself at the intersection of impact investing and real estate development, targeting a market where demand for affordable homes continues to outpace supply. With more than 70,000 Jamaicans qualifying for National Housing Trust mortgages, an estimated 100,000-unit housing shortage prior to recent hurricane-related damage, and government initiatives prioritizing affordable housing expansion, Blue Mahoe Capital Caribbean is working to meet a critical societal need through scalable development projects.
The business operates through a diversified real estate development strategy centered on acquiring, developing, and monetizing residential communities designed for middle- and lower-income households. Its portfolio includes multiple projects at varying stages of development, including the Retreat development outside Negril, a National Housing Trust-approved community consisting of 109 two-bedroom homes with an estimated total development cost of US$8.5 million. The company is also advancing projects such as Penn Village in St. Catherine, a proposed 200-home affordable housing development, and the Bernard Lodge developments, which further expand its pipeline of residential opportunities. By focusing on underserved segments of the housing market and aligning with public-sector affordability initiatives, Blue Mahoe Capital Caribbean aims to generate sustainable returns while delivering measurable social impact through increased homeownership opportunities.
The company has already demonstrated meaningful progress through active project development, strategic positioning, and an established leadership team with deep Caribbean market knowledge. Blue Mahoe Capital Caribbean has developed model housing units, secured approvals for key developments, and assembled a pipeline designed to address Jamaica’s growing demand for affordable housing. The favorable market backdrop—including rising housing demand, government support for homeownership initiatives, and rebuilding efforts following widespread hurricane damage affecting more than 180,000 buildings—provides a compelling opportunity for expansion. Through this offering, Blue Mahoe Capital Caribbean intends to accelerate project execution, strengthen its development capacity, and expand its impact across the region. With a focus on affordable housing, a growing portfolio of development opportunities, and a mission-driven approach to wealth creation and community building, Blue Mahoe Capital Caribbean aims to become a leading force in transforming Caribbean real estate while helping thousands of families achieve the dream of homeownership.
