Superpowers for Good should not be considered investment advice. Seek counsel before making investment decisions. When you purchase an item, launch a campaign or create an investment account after clicking a link here, we may earn a fee. Engage to support our work.
Watch the show on television by downloading the e360tv channel app to your Roku, LG or AmazonFireTV. You can also see it on YouTube.
If you’re new to Superpowers for Good—or if you’ve been reading casually—it’s easy to miss the full scope of what we do. We publish a lot, move quickly, and rarely pause to explain the whole picture. Today is that pause.
Our mission is simple to say and demanding to do: help capital serve people and the planet. We do that by telling practical stories, training founders and investors, and convening a community that believes money can be a force for good when it’s placed thoughtfully and transparently.
Below is the “tour” I wish every reader could take on day one—what we make, who it helps, and how you can engage at the level that fits you.
The Platform at a Glance
Daily newsletter. We publish every day (sometimes more): founder stories, investor insights, practical how-tos, and ecosystem news. If you prefer fewer emails, we also offer a free Weekly Digest—one high-signal summary you can skim in minutes.
The show. Twice each week, Superpowers for Good airs on e360tv (Roku, Amazon Fire TV, LG Smart TVs) and streams on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Substack. We sit down with founders, investors, and community builders who are proving that capital can do measurable good.
SuperCrowdHour. Once a month, we host a 60-minute live training—alternating between investor education and fundraising how-tos—drawing on our books and on the playbooks we see working right now. It’s pragmatic, not theoretical.
Live Pitches (quarterly). Founders present, judges ask tough questions, and the audience participates—voting, engaging, and (when appropriate) investing in real time. Unlike big Network TV pitch shows, our events are designed so viewers can act, not just watch.
Major convenings. We produce large virtual gatherings that bring the ecosystem together:
SuperCrowd (our summer conference, “SuperCrowd26” returns next year), and
SuperGreen Live (January 22–24), focused on climate solutions and produced with our nonprofit partner Green2Gold.
What This Work Changes
A mission only matters if it moves the needle. Here’s what we see—week after week:
Founder lift. Exposure at the right moment leads to introductions, subscribers, pilots, customers, and yes—investors. Sometimes it happens during a live segment. Often it happens quietly over the next few weeks as people follow up. Either way, visibility opens doors.
Investor clarity. We aim to replace hype with usable analysis. Our Friday Impact Pick of the Week is a thorough, plain-English due diligence report on one current Reg CF offering, complete with social-impact context, team assessment, terms explained, prospects, risks (the real ones, not boilerplate), and a well-reasoned rating. The archive is a map of how to think clearly in a noisy space.
Community compounding. An under-appreciated outcome of consistent publishing and convening is the number of collaborations that begin in our comment threads, backstage Zoom rooms, and follow-on intros. People find each other here, build together, and keep coming back.
If you’re reading this because you care about moving capital to where it does the most good, that’s what your attention is already enabling.
How to Use Us (Free to Deep Dive)
Start free. If you’re still getting your bearings, subscribe to the Weekly Digest. You’ll get one curated email each week: top stories, upcoming events, and links to replays—no credit card, no obligation. If it doesn’t help you invest, launch, or lead more effectively, you shouldn’t keep it.
Go deeper as an Impact Member. For readers who want actionable analysis, Impact Membership (under $5/month when paid annually) unlocks the Friday Impact Pick of the Week and the full archive of reports—plus members-only posts and periodic Q&As. If you’ve ever wished for a thoughtful second set of eyes on a deal, that’s what these reports are for.
Be seen daily with Max-Impact. If you lead a mission-driven organization, Max-Impact Membership includes all member benefits plus daily recognition in every issue—your name and affiliation linked to your website. Over the next year, our emails will reach inboxes millions of times; this is a simple, always-on way to stay in front of the right audience while supporting independent coverage.
Bring your brand in as a sponsor. When sponsors underwrite a show episode, live pitch, or SuperCrowdHour session, they’re supporting education for founders and investors—and reaching a focused, brand-safe community. (We safeguard editorial independence: sponsors receive visibility, not influence.)
Whichever door you choose—free, member, Max-Impact, or sponsor—you are part of the same flywheel: stories → skills → connections → capital that serves.
What We Stand For (and How We Operate)
We structured The Super Crowd, Inc. as a Public Benefit Corporation. That has two practical implications:
We’re mission-locked—accountable to impact as well as profit.
We don’t take tax-deductible donations. Instead, we align support with value: free subscriptions for reach; paid memberships and sponsorships for deeper benefits that simultaneously power the work.
Behind every newsletter, episode, and event is real production: research, booking, prep, editing, tech, distribution, and follow-up. We run lean and try to overdeliver—because the sector needs more thorough analysis, more useful training, and more shared spaces where investors and founders can meet with mutual respect and clear eyes.
That’s why we’re spending October highlighting how to plug in. Not because we love asking, but because we love building—and building requires fuel.
A Note About Today’s Post
You’ll notice sponsor banners on this page. We’re grateful to the organizations that choose to meet this community where it gathers. Their underwriting helps us share training and analysis free to many who need it most. As always, editorial independence is non-negotiable: sponsors get acknowledgement and placement; coverage remains our own.
A Quiet Invitation
If this overview clarified what we do—and why—it may also clarify where you fit.
If you’re an investor, the Weekly Digest and Friday reports will save you time and sharpen your filter.
If you’re a founder, the training, live pitches, and conference sessions will give you tools, feedback, and visibility.
If you’re an ecosystem builder, our convenings and comment threads are where future collaborators are already talking.
And if you’re simply curious, start free. See if our lens helps. If it does, consider becoming an Impact Member; if you need steady visibility, step up to Max-Impact. If you represent a values-aligned organization, explore a sponsorship that fits your goals and budget.
We don’t expect everyone to do everything. But if everyone does something—from subscribing free to upgrading when it makes sense—we’ll keep widening the path for capital that serves.
Thank you for reading. Thank you for being here. And thank you to the sponsors on this page who help make it possible.
Your support powers the good.
