Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Vermillion Farms is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The company operates an advanced aeroponic greenhouse in the Austin area, pioneering what it calls “Beyond Organic” agriculture by growing hyper-nutritious, living produce year-round using air, sun, and controlled-environment technology. From root-attached greens to vine-ripened crops harvested 365 days a year, Vermillion Farms focuses on delivering peak freshness, extended shelf life, and real flavor directly from its greenhouse to the local community.
The company was founded by William Vermillion, Founder & Visionary, with Danielle Taborsky serving as Owner & Director of Operations. Vermillion Farms is on pace for 30% growth in 2026 following a 15% increase in 2025, reflecting strong market traction. The farm and its professional-grade greenhouse operations were recently featured in a national Aleve commercial, along with coverage from KXAN News and a cover story in East Wilco Insider. Through its innovative vertical aeroponic model, the company is redefining sustainable agriculture while building a scalable proof of concept for the future of controlled-environment farming.
The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to consolidate debt and clear a tax-related lien created after the farm’s agricultural tax exemption was revoked due to outdated regulations that do not yet recognize high-tech vertical farming. Funds will help satisfy USDA loan requirements, protect the greenhouse property from foreclosure risk, secure the land, and provide operational stability while the founders advocate for policy modernization. By participating, investors are helping safeguard the farm’s infrastructure and enabling Vermillion Farms to continue its planned 2026 expansion. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Baked Cravings is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded in 2017, the company is a 100 percent nut-free bakery specializing in cupcakes, cookies, and brownies, with a brick-and-mortar location offering in-store pickup, local messenger delivery, and nationwide shipping. Baked Cravings has earned the Best of Manhattan Award for Bakery three years in a row and has been featured on The Today Show, building a strong reputation for quality and community engagement.
The company is led by CEO Craig Watson and is now launching its social impact division, Raise Cravings. After nine years of donating products and consulting with schools, organizations, and corporations on fundraising initiatives, the team is formalizing its efforts into a dedicated, digital-first fundraising platform. Raise Cravings combines the bakery’s gourmet dessert offerings with a streamlined system designed to help organizations raise money more effectively.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support the launch and expansion of this new division. Campaign proceeds will be used to build and scale Raise Cravings, which is designed to donate 50 percent of sales back to each campaign creator, empowering schools, nonprofits, and community groups to “do good together” while offering supporters high-quality baked goods. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Mylo Medical, with a valuation of $6,750,000, is raising funds on Netcapital. The company is reimagining overlooked medical devices with a focus on dignity, compassion, and workflow efficiency in patient care. Founded by Nadia Tedeschi, a former nursing assistant who witnessed firsthand the human impact of poorly designed tools, Mylo Medical was born from a deeply personal patient experience that highlighted the urgent need for more humane solutions in healthcare. The company’s flagship product, MyloPan™, is a redesigned bedpan created to improve patient comfort, preserve dignity, and reduce physical strain on caregivers.
MyloPan™ was developed and validated through early prototypes informed by real-world clinical workflows. Unlike traditional rigid bedpans that often require painful lifting and cause discomfort and exposure, MyloPan™ uses soft, durable materials that conform to a patient’s body and can be inserted and inflated without lifting. The company has secured early engagement from major healthcare distributors and care networks, was recognized as a Top Startup at the largest medical expo in the United States (selected among the Top Four overall), and has begun building a formal Quality Management System (QMS) in preparation for regulatory readiness and scale. Mylo Medical has also advanced manufacturing discussions with domestic and international partners while expanding its advisory and operational team.
Mylo Medical operates a three-tier business model targeting system-level healthcare networks, direct-to-facility sales, and retail/direct-to-consumer channels. The company is positioned within a large and growing market driven by aging populations, increasing long-term care demand, and heightened focus on patient dignity and infection prevention. Campaign proceeds will support product development, regulatory readiness, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization efforts as Mylo Medical works to disrupt the medical equipment industry and bring human-centered innovation to high-frequency patient-care moments.
