Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
The Bouqs Co., with a valuation of approximately $198.1 million, is raising funds through DealMaker Securities. Founded by John Tabis and led by CEO and Board Member Kimberly Tobman, with Co-Founder and Chief Floral Officer Juan Pablo Montufar-Arroyo, the company is a digital-first disruptor in the $100 billion global floral market. The Bouqs Co. has built a vertically integrated, technology-enabled supply chain designed to connect farms more directly with consumers, reducing the time flowers spend in transit, minimizing waste, and improving freshness. The company says approximately 90% of its flowers go directly from farm to consumer, with delivery in 1–4 days compared with an industry average of about 12 days, while maintaining less than 5% product waste compared with 40–60% in traditional floral models.
The company has sold more than 270 million stems and generates millions of orders annually, with 1.3 million e-commerce and subscription orders in FY2024. The Bouqs Co. has established one of the largest floral subscription businesses in the U.S., with repeat customers spending more than $700 annually, and its products have been sold through retailers including Whole Foods and Macy’s as well as its own stores. The company reports EBITDA-positive operations, more than 100% year-over-year growth in counties with stores, and approximately $750,000–$1.2 million in annual revenue per store. Its expansion strategy centers on growing its owned and operated retail footprint, which can support same-day and next-day delivery, weddings and events, B2B services, and higher-value arrangements. The company also highlights environmental and social impact through reduced transportation emissions, recyclable or compostable packaging, sustainable farming practices, responsible farm partnerships, and economic opportunities for growers and supply-chain workers.
John Tabis, Founder & Chairman of The Bouqs Company, was featured on the Superpowers for Good show in the episode “Revolutionizing the Floral Industry With Sustainable Supply Chains and Community Investment.” In the interview, John discussed how The Bouqs Co. challenged the traditional floral supply chain by reducing layers of middlemen and connecting farmers more directly with consumers, helping improve freshness and reduce waste. He also shared his entrepreneurial “superpower” as the ability to believe without evidence and explained how customer engagement can evolve into community investment through regulated crowdfunding. We are proud to have John as a featured guest on Superpowers for Good and to highlight his perspective on sustainable supply chains, entrepreneurship, and community investment. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Soul Community Planet (SCP), with a valuation of $175 million, is raising funds through DealMaker Securities. Co-founded by Ken Cruse, Co-Founder & CEO, and Pam Cruse, Co-Founder & CMO, SCP is a holistic hospitality company serving modern, mindful travelers across a growing portfolio of boutique hotels and lodges in coastal and mountain destinations. The company currently operates 10 properties across Oregon, California, Hawaii, Colorado, and Costa Rica, with its hospitality model built around wellness, community, and sustainability. SCP reports 12.9% year-to-date same-store RevPAR growth through Q2 2026, approximately three times the big-chain average, along with $60 million raised from institutional investors, a 64% direct booking rate, 24.3% portfolio EBITDA growth, and 91 earned media placements in 2025 reaching more than 2.5 billion people.
SCP’s business model focuses on acquiring and transforming distinctive hotels in nature-rich destinations through three hospitality concepts: SCP WildFree, SCP Hotels, and its upper-upscale and luxury lodge properties. The company integrates wellness-focused rooms, plant-forward dining, community spaces, sustainability initiatives, and its “Every Stay Does Good®” impact model into the guest experience. Its reported impact includes more than 330,000 trees planted, 143,000+ pounds of beach trash removed, 730,000+ single-use plastics avoided, and more than 20,500 kelp trees planted. SCP plans to expand its portfolio toward 25–30 hotels and more than 1,500 keys by 2029–2030, with plans for a franchise program and further geographic expansion. The offering provides investors with exposure to the company’s hospitality growth strategy and includes potential bonus shares and non-equity investor perks, including a Founders Card with hotel benefits, while the company cautions that past performance is not indicative of future results and that investing involves the risk of loss of principal. SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Tuyyo Foods is raising funds on Wefunder. Co-founded by Regina Trillo, Co-Founder, CEO & COO; Stefanie Turner, Co-Founder & CCO; and Jocelyn Ramirez, Co-Founder & CMO, Tuyyo Foods is a 100% Latina and Native American-owned modern Latin food company bringing culturally authentic, better-for-you products to consumers nationwide. Formed through the merger of Tuyyo, Nemi Snacks, and Todo Verde, the company has built a multi-category portfolio spanning instant agua fresca with electrolytes and real fruit, high-protein and fiber snacks, taco seasonings, and mole pastes. Tuyyo’s products are already sold in more than 1,100 retail doors, including Whole Foods Market, H-E-B, Walmart, Fresh Thyme Market, Meijer, and Erewhon, with distribution partners including KeHE, UNFI, and Lipari. The company reports $1.5 million in lifetime sales and a community of more than 98,000 followers and subscribers across its platforms.
Tuyyo Foods combines three experienced founders and established food businesses into one unified platform, with the team having won eight pitch competitions, two trade show awards, and participated in 10 accelerators, including programs from Target and PepsiCo. Its products have received recognition from The New York Times, Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Forbes, Today, Nasdaq, and The Kitchn, while Whole Foods is both a retail partner and an investor. The current offering is structured as a revenue share investment rather than equity, with a minimum investment of $100. Investors are expected to receive 1.5% of quarterly net revenue beginning 18 months after the round closes, until they receive up to 1.5x their original investment. The company plans to use the proceeds to expand retail distribution, strengthen marketing and brand building, improve production efficiencies and reduce costs, and develop new products over the next 18 months. Tuyyo Foods projects $453,000 in sales for July–December 2026, although this projection is not guaranteed, and aims to build a broader Latin food platform while keeping community participation at the center of its growth strategy.
