Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Solar for School in Brooklyn is raising funds on Climatize. The project will finance the advance purchase of solar equipment, a process known as safe harboring, for a historic high school in Brooklyn, New York. For more than 60 years, the school has provided a values-based, college preparatory education, and now it is embracing clean energy to further its mission. By securing federal Investment Tax Credits through early equipment acquisition, the project locks in critical incentives ahead of construction. The solar installation will reduce operating expenses, stabilize energy costs, and free resources to benefit students and academic programs. The initiative is led by Mission Energy, a renewable energy developer with a proven track record of delivering community-scale solar projects for schools and nonprofits nationwide. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to safe harbor solar equipment, securing tax credits and preparing for the full build-out of the project. Spoutible has earned strong user trust (4.9-star average on iOS), been featured in Google’s 2025 #WeArePlay spotlight, and supports cross-platform sharing with networks such as Mastodon and Bluesky. Trusted by elected officials for secure virtual town halls and backed by an engaged community (over 2,000 early investors raised nearly $660,000), Spoutible emphasizes limited ads, an inclusive environment, and continued product innovation. Christopher B leads the company as CEO; Spoutible launched in February 2023. The funds will be used to scale the platform, deepen AI fact-checking and safety features, expand community ownership, and accelerate product and user growth. The company is expanding into new verticals through its GoQuip initiative, tapping into a $40 billion travel and event gear market. Fran Maier, co-founder of Match.com and founder of TrustArc, leads BabyQuip as CEO, Chairman, and Acting CFO. The current crowdfunding campaign offers a minimum investment of $100, and the proceeds will be used for technology enhancements, marketing and brand growth, new category expansion, international growth, and support for its Quality Provider network.
