You can advertise in Superpowers for Good. Click to learn more.
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Solar for Rosedale, MD is raising funds on Climatize. Led by Chief Executive Officer Lindsay Latre and developed by ESA, the project is expanding access to affordable clean energy through a 983-kW rooftop community solar installation in Rosedale, Maryland. Rather than developing remote solar farms, the project utilizes the rooftops of local small businesses to generate renewable electricity for nearby residents. More than 50% of the energy produced will serve low- and moderate-income households through Maryland’s Community Solar Program, providing participants with an estimated 25% discount on electricity costs for the next 20 years while supporting local economic development.
The project is built around a community-focused renewable energy model that combines rooftop solar development with long-term energy subscriptions. Revenue is generated through community solar participation while delivering benefits to commercial property owners, local businesses, and residential subscribers. The project has already secured domestic solar modules to qualify for a 40% federal tax credit through Safe Harbor provisions and has also received a $247,258 competitive grant from the Maryland Energy Administration. Construction will be carried out by a local Maryland workforce, reinforcing the project’s commitment to regional job creation and community investment.
ESA brings significant experience to the project, having transacted more than 8 GW of solar and energy storage projects nationwide across community solar, commercial rooftop, utility-scale, and battery storage developments. Construction on the Rosedale project is expected to begin in early 2027, expanding clean energy access for Baltimore-area families while strengthening the local electric grid. By combining community solar, government incentives, strategic rooftop partnerships, and a focus on underserved communities, Solar for Rosedale, MD aims to create lasting environmental, economic, and social benefits while demonstrating a scalable model for community-based renewable energy development. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Simbongsa is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Owned and led by Erin Suh, the company is bringing authentic Korean street food and specialty donuts to the Bay Area through its fast-service restaurant in Dublin, California. Originally established in South Korea and expanded to the United States in 2024, Simbongsa specializes in traditional Korean croquettes and twist donuts made with imported glutinous rice flour that creates a signature mochi-like texture. Its menu features a variety of savory croquettes, Korean hot dogs, cheese sticks, mochi donuts, glazed donuts, and other popular Korean street snacks, all prepared using authentic recipes and high-quality ingredients. The restaurant has already earned recognition as one of Eater SF’s notable new businesses in 2024, highlighting its growing presence in the region.
Simbongsa is expanding beyond its current quick-service model into a full-service indoor café featuring an extensive selection of Korean beverages and traditional shaved ice desserts (bingsu). The company is also pursuing a multi-channel growth strategy that includes opening two to three additional Bay Area locations, launching mobile food operations, increasing catering services, and participating in pop-up events and local food festivals. By combining authentic Korean flavors with multiple service formats, Simbongsa aims to introduce Korean street food to a broader audience while creating additional revenue opportunities.
The funds raised will be used to support operating expenses, purchase new equipment, and remodel a new location to accommodate the expanded café concept. With a growing menu, an established customer base, early media recognition, and plans for regional expansion, Simbongsa seeks to build a recognizable Korean street food brand throughout Northern California while sharing the warmth, tradition, and culture of Korean cuisine with new communities. SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Oya, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded and led by CEO Adejuwon Isola-Osobu, the company is building a premium soccer apparel brand focused on the underserved grassroots and semi-professional soccer community. Rather than offering generic, template-based jerseys, Oya partners directly with local teams and leagues to create professionally designed, high-quality custom kits that reflect each team’s identity, culture, and community. With founders bringing more than 18 years of combined experience from companies including Apple, American Express, and Walmart, Oya is positioning itself as a long-term merchandise and equipment partner for grassroots soccer organizations rather than simply another apparel supplier.
The company operates in the $23.5 billion global soccer kit and equipment market, targeting the estimated 270 million soccer players worldwide, of whom approximately 99% participate at the grassroots or semi-professional level. Oya has established a global supply chain spanning more than 30 manufacturers across 12 countries, enabling premium production quality while maintaining scalability. Its business model is built around recurring demand, as teams reorder uniforms each season while also purchasing fan merchandise and lifestyle apparel rooted in soccer culture. Growth is driven through league partnerships, tournament sponsorships, and community referrals, creating a repeat-purchase model with strong customer retention potential.
Oya has already demonstrated encouraging early traction, serving as the official merchandise partner for the Unity Cup, an international soccer festival with more than 50,000 attendees, becoming the apparel supplier for two grassroots soccer leagues in Austin, Texas, and generating over $45,000 in early revenue. More than 60% of its initial inventory sold through during its launch, and the company has also secured backing from a notable angel investor while maintaining revenue growth of approximately 2x year over year. With the 2026 FIFA World Cup expected to accelerate soccer participation across North America, Oya aims to capitalize on growing demand by expanding league partnerships, strengthening its community-driven brand, and becoming the preferred apparel provider for grassroots soccer teams worldwide.
