Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Solar for America’s Heartland is raising funds on Climatize to support Enterprise Energy’s early-stage development of community solar and battery storage projects across Illinois. The issuer-level loan will provide working capital for essential pre-construction activities—including site control, environmental studies, permitting, and sponsor equity—helping accelerate a pipeline of clean energy projects designed to serve low- to moderate-income (LMI) households. While Illinois advances its clean energy goals through the Clean and Reliable Grid Act, early development financing remains a major gap that this offering is designed to fill.
Enterprise Energy, founded and led by Eric Pasi and Evan Carlson, is a renewable energy developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality clean power assets. The company is committed to advancing energy equity, grid reliability, and environmental stewardship, and its Illinois portfolio supports these goals by pairing community solar with battery storage. These projects aim to give LMI subscribers access to savings relative to local utility rates while increasing local grid stability during periods of peak demand.
Proceeds from this offering will fund critical early-stage work across Enterprise Energy’s Illinois project portfolio, enabling the projects to progress toward construction financing and long-term operation. By bridging the development funding gap, the raise supports future bill savings for underserved communities, improved grid resilience through planned storage systems, and the creation of sustainable infrastructure with long-term environmental and economic benefits. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Karyoo, with a valuation of $5.25 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company provides a “no-touch,” AI‑driven automation platform built to make small businesses self-operating and exit‑ready. Using a proprietary model that analyzes hundreds of data points, Karyoo automatically identifies operational gaps and generates no‑code workflows that streamline scheduling, communications, reporting, and team coordination. Co‑founders Peter Thomson and Franz Torrez, both seasoned B2B SaaS operators—with Thomson having two prior exits and experience as a Merrill Lynch M&A advisor—are positioning Karyoo to serve 16 million U.S. small businesses, especially baby boomers preparing for the $10 trillion “Silver Tsunami.”
Karyoo’s cloud-based SaaS platform gives owners real-time business insights through dashboards, scorecards, and automation tools designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen exit readiness. Its subscription model combines monthly fees with usage-based Karyoo credits, with optional premium services for owners seeking advanced support. The company’s roadmap includes expanding its automation engine, launching analytics that track 500+ data points, and developing proprietary valuation intelligence that helps owners understand and elevate their enterprise value. By simplifying operations and providing continuous optimization, Karyoo helps owners make their businesses more attractive to buyers.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support Karyoo’s continued development of its AI automation engine, platform enhancements, and expansion of features that accelerate exit readiness for small business owners. The company aims to become the first full-scale, AI-powered exit-readiness platform for Main Street businesses—empowering owners to operate more efficiently, scale confidently, and ultimately exit on a high. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Aura, valued at $10 million, is raising funds on Wefunder to revolutionize women’s wellness through perfectly fitting, AI-powered intimate apparel. The company uses its proprietary TruMeasure AI copilot to capture 100+ biometric data points through a 360° smartphone scan in under one minute—privately and without leaving the user’s device—to deliver truly custom-fit bras. Founded by Karen Goodwin and led by CEO & Co‑Founder Malcolm Goodwin, Aura is backed by industry leaders including the Co-Founder of Credit Karma and former Victoria’s Secret executives, with a mission to solve the long‑standing issue of poor fit in women’s apparel and unlock a new standard for comfort, confidence, and well‑being.
Aura’s platform blends advanced AI, privacy-first design, and on-demand manufacturing to serve the $1.8 trillion global wellness market, beginning with a $28 billion bra category where 80% of women are currently wearing the wrong size. The company has secured a provisional patent, built partnerships with Emory University, and developed diverse revenue channels—including D2C custom-fit bras, B2B licensing, partner ecosystem integrations, and future data marketplace opportunities. With more than 65% of revenue expected from recurring and repeat customers across future wellness categories, Aura is positioned to grow into a personalized lifestyle ecosystem that expands well beyond apparel.
Proceeds from the current fundraising round will be used to scale production, enhance the TruMeasure AI platform, expand national distribution, grow D2C subscriptions, launch new personalized wellness products, and invest in technologies that streamline manufacturing. With AI-driven precision, a first-mover advantage in custom-fit intimates, and a rapidly growing community, Aura aims to redefine women’s wellness through personalization, privacy, and long-term brand loyalty.
