Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
SohoMD, with a valuation of $60 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company provides intelligent, holistic mental health care, combining psychiatry, therapy, and innovative technology to deliver accessible treatment. SohoMD has treated more than 70,000 patients across 19 states, generated over $1 million in revenue in the past 12 months, and is currently profitable. The company is in-network with most major insurance providers and is scaling rapidly, with projections to reach over $70 million in annual revenue within two years (not guaranteed). SohoMD also has a patent pending for the use of VR in therapy, underscoring its innovative approach. Jacques Jospitre founded SohoMD and currently serves as CEO. The current crowdfunding campaign represents the company’s first round of institutional funding and will be used to scale operations and accelerate growth. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Elite Sweets, with a valuation of $4.7 million, is raising funds on Mr. Crowd. The Austin-based company is revolutionizing the snack industry with its flagship product, The Elite Donut Holes—a protein-packed, gluten-free snack that bridges indulgence and nutrition. Elite Sweets has already sold over $3 million worth of products online, becoming the #1 selling donut on Amazon, and has expanded into major retail outlets including 7-Eleven, Amazon Go, Gold’s Gym, and The Vitamin Shoppe, which launched the product across 750 stores in early 2024. The company operates in the booming $39 billion “better-for-you” snack market, with a unique competitive edge as the first shelf-stable, gluten-free, high-protein donut hole. Amin Bahari founded Elite Sweets and leads as CEO, alongside co-founder and Chief Sales Officer Amir D. Bahari. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used for new product development, scaling production, expanding retail distribution, targeted marketing campaigns, and hiring additional staff to support growth. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Roma Lux Fabrics is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The company is Austin’s only fabric store specializing in high-end, luxurious fabrics, offering a premium selection for fashion students, designers, drag performers, and individuals preparing for weddings, proms, and other special events. Unlike local quilting or upholstery shops and large chains like Joann’s, Roma Lux Fabrics provides exclusive fabrics, including high-quality beaded options, that cater to a fashion-forward community. Since opening in June 2025, the business has been featured on the talk show Behind the Seams, partnered with That’s Sew Austin, and led a Back 2 School drive donating 72 backpacks to J. Walter Graham Elementary. Ronica Jackson founded and leads Roma Lux Fabrics as CEO. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to expand the fabric assortment, adding new weights, fibers, prints, and finishings to better meet customer demand, increase repeat visits, and strengthen the store’s competitive edge.
