Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Rancho Affordable Living is raising funds on Silicon Prairie Online. The company creates impactful real estate projects that revitalize communities, promote environmental sustainability, and provide stable investment opportunities. Rancho Affordable Living is committed to cost-effective and energy-efficient housing solutions and aims to help families move from shelters into long-term quality affordable housing. The new project of Rancho Affordable Living spans 1.66 acres at North Rancho Drive in Las Vegas and will include 23 new manufactured homes. Dr. Canaan Van Williams founded Rancho Affordable Living in January 2024. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for pre-acquisition costs, legal fees, and portal setup fees and commissions. (Courtesy of KingsCrowd.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
FinEV, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The company powers the electric vehicle (EV) transition for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by offering smarter, faster, and fairer financing solutions. FinEV stands out as the only dedicated EV financing provider for SMBs and partners with major EV manufacturers to facilitate vehicle sales. The company leverages a data-driven model using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Residual Value (RV) metrics to deliver accessible financing, especially to underserved and economically disadvantaged businesses. FinEV was selected as a regional finalist in the Cleantech Open (Northeast Region) and is collaborating with Green Banks to expand its lending capital. Nic Abel founded FinEV to accelerate EV adoption among commercial fleet operators, helping them cut operating costs and enhance sustainability. The current crowdfunding campaign will support company operations and expand the electric vehicle loan portfolio, with at least 50% of proceeds directed toward vehicle financing. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
ALMa Design Studio is raising funds on SMBX. The company produces handcrafted dinnerware, distinctive home goods, and offers immersive ceramic workshops, blending culture and design into scalable experiences for the retail, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors. Founded by Alejandra and Luis Magaña, ALMa Design Studio was born out of a shared passion for ceramics and a desire to connect local craftsmanship with Sacramento’s farm-to-fork movement. Their dinnerware, made from locally sourced clay and custom glazes, is featured in some of the region’s top restaurants and coffee shops. ALMa is expanding into home goods, full-service interior design, and community education initiatives focused on creative entrepreneurship. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, purchasing additional equipment, expanding product lines, and enhancing event space.
