Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Plug & Play Solar is raising funds on Climatize. Founded by Kevin Chou, Cora Stryker, and Rupert Mayer, the nonprofit aims to accelerate clean energy adoption in the U.S. through simple, affordable plug-in solar panels. With 70% of Americans unable to access traditional rooftop solar—due to renting, apartment living, or high upfront costs—Plug & Play Solar offers a DIY alternative that plugs into any outlet and works anywhere there’s sunlight, with no need for installers or rooftops. Inspired by the success of similar solutions in Europe, the organization is bringing this movement stateside to empower individuals to offset 20–40% of their electricity use, save $35–$55 per month, and reduce their carbon footprint. The current crowdfunding campaign will help scale awareness, grow demand, and support collaborations with manufacturers and policymakers to unlock widespread access to plug-in solar systems across the country. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Valley Center Wellness, with a valuation of $14,947,998, is raising funds on PicMii Crowdfunding. Founded by Alex Fuentes, Valley Center Wellness is a behavioral health facility offering comprehensive treatment for substance abuse, alcoholism, and mental health conditions like PTSD, trauma, and depression. Located in Corona, California, the fully licensed and turnkey facility is situated on a 4.2-acre property and features luxury accommodations, a pool, spa, and space for future expansion. Investors will co-own the real estate and receive 50–70% of net profits through quarterly distributions. The campaign proceeds will be used to pay off the property, fund operations, and support expansion. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Jasper, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded by Britta Mulderrig, Jasper is building the first platform at the intersection of pet loss, grief, and modern mental health care. The company offers a unique blend of community, clinical support, curated content, and AI-enabled grief tools to support individuals through one of life’s most personal and often overlooked experiences—grief, starting with pet loss. Jasper’s founding team includes a former Uber CTO and leverages over 15 years of experience scaling VC-backed startups. With a rapidly growing MVP community and strong early engagement, Jasper is designed to be accessible, scalable, and compassionate. The current crowdfunding campaign will help expand the platform’s offerings, accelerate growth, and position the company toward profitability and future strategic acquisition.
