Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Organic Transit, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is relaunching the ELF, the world’s first commercially available solar vehicle, as a subsidiary of Environmental Transit Authority (ETA). The original ELF fleet has logged over 10 million miles across all 50 states and 15 countries, with 850 vehicles manufactured in the USA and generating more than $7 million in revenue. Designed as a triple-powered (solar, pedal, and electric) micromobility vehicle, the ELF is intended to replace both cars and bikes for local trips, offering enclosed, all-weather travel without the need for a driver’s license, insurance, or registration. The ELF aims to be cheaper and healthier than car ownership, which can average over $12,000 per year, while providing enhanced safety and stability through its patented steering technology, three-wheel “tadpole” configuration, and Safety Cell body design.
Organic Transit is now developing the next-generation ELF 3.0 to improve safety, efficiency, comfort, and affordability, with a targeted base price of $7,500 and features inspired by extensive real-world rider feedback. The ELF 3.0 leverages advanced aerodynamics, lightweight materials, and rooftop solar panels to extend range and minimize environmental impact, while carrying a passenger and up to 550 pounds of cargo. The vehicle is designed for inclusive mobility, serving urban commuters, families, environmental advocates, people with disabilities or license limitations, as well as fleet and rental customers such as universities, resorts, parks, and local delivery services. Rob Cotter, the original founder of Organic Transit, reacquired the company in 2023 via ETA after a period under outside ownership and is leading its revival. The current crowdfunding campaign on
will support finalizing the ELF 3.0 design and prototype, tooling up for production, building the team, and engaging the company’s established fanbase and customer community. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
My Diabetes Health, with a valuation of $18.06 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company delivers insurance-covered, telehealth-based diabetes education nationwide and has served more than 8,600 patients through over 30,000 virtual visits with clinically significant outcomes. My Diabetes Health partners with My Diabetes Tutor, a physician-owned professional corporation, under a managed services agreement to provide accredited, one-on-one diabetes education for patients with Type 1, Type 2, pre-diabetes, and gestational diabetes. The platform is designed to address a major care gap in which 75% of patients struggle to manage diabetes but only 5–7% receive education in their first year, and it offers multi-language support with more than 40% of educators speaking Spanish and other languages.
The U.S. diabetes education market is estimated at approximately $18.1 billion, with an additional $4.7 billion in recurring annual potential and roughly 15.5 million eligible but unserved patients. My Diabetes Health focuses on underserved Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare populations, representing about 40% of the insured U.S. market, and has achieved an average 1.6-point A1C improvement—more than twice the national average for diabetes education programs—across its patient base. The company reported $2.1 million in 2025 revenue with 61% gross margins and anticipates 200% annual revenue growth in 2026, based on internal forecasts (not guaranteed). Led by founder, CEO, and CMO Dr. Prem Sahasranam, a board-certified endocrinologist who previously scaled one of California’s largest diabetes practices, My Diabetes Health is accredited by the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists and partners with health systems, FQHCs, insurers, and insulin pump manufacturers including Medtronic, Insulet, and Tandem. The current crowdfunding campaign on StartEngine aims to support nationwide expansion of MDH’s scalable telehealth platform, deepen partnerships with payers and providers, and broaden access to high-quality, insurance-covered diabetes education in a rapidly growing digital health landscape. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Hometeam Pizza, with a valuation of $420,000, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is a Nashville-based pizzeria started by husband-and-wife team Kevin and Samantha Jackson, who built the brand from their home kitchen into one of the city’s top-rated pizza spots. Hometeam Pizza has grown largely through word-of-mouth and organic social media, earning a perfect 5-star Google rating and media features in outlets such as Edible Nashville and Bussin’ With The Boys. After moving from a home kitchen in the Nations neighborhood to a shared commercial kitchen in 2021 to meet rising demand, the business doubled sales three years in a row while operating out of a local restaurant incubator and has now served more than 11,000 pizzas to over 6,000 customers.
The company focuses on made-from-scratch dough and sauces, along with high-quality meats, cheeses, and ingredients, and is built around a mission of “good pizza for good people” with a strong emphasis on hospitality and community connection. Hometeam Pizza is opening its first brick-and-mortar flagship location in Nashville’s Belmont neighborhood, a high-foot-traffic area surrounded by dense residential communities, colleges, young professionals, and families. The new restaurant is designed to be a neighborhood gathering place offering dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering, and to serve as a hub for casual celebrations, happy hours, and everyday hangouts. The current crowdfunding campaign on Wefunder will support the build-out and launch of this dedicated, full-scale location, enabling Hometeam Pizza to scale operations, deepen partnerships with local schools and youth sports teams, and solidify its role as a community-focused, neighborhood staple.
