Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of all the new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We focus on and list first those with social impact and underrepresented founders. We also add other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Other new offerings added during the week.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or a minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
NOVICA, with a valuation of $74.18 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. Co-founded by CEO Roberto Milk along with Armenia Nercessian, Andy Milk, Charles Hachtmann, and Jose Cervantes, the company is a global handmade marketplace that connects artisans directly with consumers. NOVICA enables creators to sell authentic, ethically sourced products while eliminating middlemen, and is expanding its reach through Handmade.com, a scalable, AI-powered marketplace designed to onboard millions of makers worldwide with self-service tools and streamlined global commerce capabilities.
NOVICA has generated over $20 million in annual gross revenue (2025, unaudited) and has delivered more than $142 million directly to artisans across the globe. The platform is built on decades of operational infrastructure, including Artisan Empowerment Hubs that support onboarding, logistics, and cross-border trade. With partnerships involving organizations such as UNICEF, the Smithsonian, and Kiva, and backing from institutional investors, NOVICA operates in a global handmade market valued at over $900 billion. Handmade.com enhances this foundation with AI-assisted onboarding, language translation, and digital tools that increase accessibility and scalability for artisans.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign to scale Handmade.com, enhance platform technology, expand global operations, and increase brand awareness. By combining a proven marketplace with next-generation tools, NOVICA aims to transform global handmade commerce while empowering artisan communities, preserving cultural traditions, and increasing economic opportunities for makers worldwide. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Alaffia, with a valuation of $21.8 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded and led by CEO Olowo-n’djo Tchala, the company is a certified fair trade body care brand that produces clean, shea-based personal care products sourced directly from women-led cooperatives in West Africa. Alaffia combines ethical sourcing with large-scale retail distribution, offering soaps, body washes, and lotions that are widely used by households while promoting sustainable and community-driven supply chains.
Alaffia has generated approximately $17 million in trailing twelve-month revenue and is experiencing strong growth, supported by nationwide distribution in over 4,400 retail locations, including Whole Foods Market, Amazon, Target.com, and Walmart.com. The brand ranks among the top three body care products at Whole Foods Market and has earned more than 15,000 five-star reviews on Amazon. Backed by industry leaders such as Walter Robb and David Bronner, the company leverages a vertically integrated fair-trade model that has impacted more than 250,000 lives in West Africa through initiatives in clean water, healthcare, and education.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign to expand inventory, strengthen fulfillment capabilities, scale retail distribution, and support continued product innovation. With strong retail momentum, a mission-driven supply chain, and a clear path to profitability and $50 million in revenue by 2028, Alaffia aims to grow as a leading ethical body care brand while delivering measurable social and economic impact. Hill Country Bakehouse is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded by Kim Wright, Katie Swigon, and Anthony Swigon, the company is a Texas-based bakery specializing in custom cakes, cookies, and brunch treats designed to bring people together for celebrations and everyday moments. Operating from its new Main Street location in Marble Falls, the Bakehouse serves both locals and tourists with handcrafted baked goods tailored to a wide range of occasions, from weddings and anniversaries to casual gatherings.
The company has demonstrated strong early traction, including 60% year-over-year revenue growth during the 2025 holiday season and a 5.0-star rating on Google from thousands of satisfied customers. Its presence in the heart of Marble Falls’ tourist district has strengthened its visibility and customer base, while community involvement—such as sponsoring the annual Bluebonnet Airshow—reinforces its local brand loyalty and engagement.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign to invest in new equipment, including ovens and sheeters, to improve production efficiency and increase output. These upgrades will support expanded product offerings and enable wholesale growth with local restaurants, breweries, and wineries, positioning Hill Country Bakehouse to scale its operations and serve a growing customer base.
