Solar for America’s Heartland Featured Among New Impact Offerings - December 15, 2025
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

Designing a Winning Crowdfunding Marketing Strategy
Today, I’ll be hosting our monthly SuperCrowdHour webinar at 9:00 AM Pacific—and if you’re raising capital (or even thinking about it), this one can save you months of frustration.
You can watch it at Noon ET/9PT in the player at the top of this post. The show will also stream to television via the e360tv network on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, LG Smart TV, and Samsung Smart TV, plus across social media.
Before we dive in, I want to give credit where it’s due: Jason Fishman, CEO of Digital Niche Agency—one of the leading marketing firms focused on marketing for capital raising—is the primary source of the marketing framework and insights I’ll be sharing today. BabyQuip Wins Judges’ Choice Award; CureValue Earns SuperCrowd Award at Superpowers for Good Live Pitch
STOCKTON, Calif. — December 12, 2025 — The Super Crowd, Inc., a public benefit corporation, announced the winners of its quarterly Superpowers for Good Live Pitch, a televised and livestreamed showcase that connects impact-driven founders with everyday investors and a panel of professional investment judges.
At the event, BabyQuip, led by founder and CEO Fran Maier, received the Judges’ Choice Award, selected by the panel of professional investors. CureValue, led by founder and CEO Farooq Zama, received the SuperCrowd Award, determined by a live audience vote.
How the winners were selected
The Judges’ Choice Award is determined by the event’s investor-judge panel—Sherwood “Woodie” Neiss (Crowdfund Capital Advisors), Paul Lovejoy (Stakeholder Enterprise), and Teddy Lyons (KingsCrowd)—based on each company’s pitch, business fundamentals, traction, and the credibility of its strategy for scaling impact alongside financial performance.
Fran Maier, Founder & CEO of BabyQuip, said: “We’re honored to be named the Judges’ Choice Award winner. This recognition from seasoned investors is meaningful, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to share how BabyQuip is making travel easier for families everywhere.”
The SuperCrowd Award is chosen by the viewing audience through a real-time vote conducted at the conclusion of the pitches, following interactive Q&A participation throughout the show.
