Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
MVP Kids, with a valuation of $8.87 million, is raising funds on Netcapital. The company has built a trusted children’s brand over the past decade with books, curriculum, puppets, and products used in more than 1,000 classrooms, Head Start programs, Chick-fil-A kids’ meals, and Costco shelves. MVP Kids is now expanding into global entertainment with Robo Builders™, a 52-episode animated streaming series created in collaboration with Toonz Media Group, BLKBX Originals, and renowned storyteller John Semper (Spider-Man: The Animated Series). The series is designed to entertain while building character, emotional intelligence, and resilience—without hidden agendas. Mel Sauder founded MVP Kids to provide safe, engaging content that supports parents and educators in raising the next generation. Toonz Media has committed to matching up to $2.5 million of the funds invested. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used for the development and launch of Robo Builders™, licensing and merchandising, app and gaming initiatives, and continued expansion of the MVP Kids entertainment ecosystem. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
LetMeCook is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit to expand its frozen food production and retail operations. Based in Los Angeles, the company specializes in Eastern European semi-finished meals and has grown rapidly since launching in June 2024. LetMeCook reached break-even in just seven months and scaled its net monthly sales from $20,000 to $70,000 within a year, serving more than 1,500 customers monthly with a 45% repeat rate. The company offers over 120 unique frozen products, including dumplings, pelmeni, stuffed crepes, and ready-to-heat meals, all produced in-house with high-quality ingredients. Sales are generated through a physical store as well as delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub, while the brand also garners 1.5 million monthly social media views. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to open two new locations in California: one combining a full production facility and retail store to double production capacity and reduce unit costs, and another retail-only outlet offering ready-to-heat meals for takeout or on-site consumption. CEO Mykola Nykytiuk founded LetMeCook to bring convenient, authentic Eastern European meals to a broad and growing customer base. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Tender Loving Empire, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The Portland-based company operates seven retail stores across Oregon and Washington, including long-term leases at the Portland and Seattle-Tacoma airports, and generated $7.8 million in revenue in 2024 with a 62% gross margin. Tender Loving Empire has grown 13X in the last decade and paid out more than $20 million to over 500 makers since 2007, supporting artists, small businesses, and creative entrepreneurs. The company has cracked the code on scaling handmade retail by developing a successful house brand that delivers 75% margins while maintaining fair purchasing practices. Brianne and Jared Mees founded Tender Loving Empire in 2007 to create a regenerative retail model that strengthens local communities. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to expand into high-traffic retail spaces, scale e-commerce and wholesale operations, and increase brand impact while continuing its mission to uplift makers and artists.
