Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Love, Zero Negative, with a valuation of $3 million, is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The mission-driven lifestyle brand designs fashionable accessories that inspire self-love and turn negatives into positives. Founded by stage IV triple-negative breast cancer survivor Jennifer Greenhut, the company blends purpose with style while supporting the cancer community. Love, Zero Negative has gained national visibility with media features on Extra TV and the Hallmark Channel, strong influencer support, and strategic backing from Signal Brands, a licensing and distribution leader working with major fashion names. The brand’s products—available online, on Amazon, and through several retail partners—have earned five-star customer reviews since launch.
Jennifer Greenhut leads the company with resilience and high-performance athleticism from her time as a former UCLA gymnast and U.S. National Team member. Her personal story continues to amplify the brand’s mission, with her memoir Everyone Needs a Larry currently in development as a feature film. Through its Be Love, Give Love program, Love, Zero Negative donates a portion of every sale to support cancer patients and fund cancer research, ensuring every purchase delivers both impact and hope.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support inventory expansion, marketing initiatives, and working capital to meet increasing consumer demand and accelerate growth. Campaign proceeds will strengthen brand visibility through digital marketing and influencer engagement, expand product assortments including the upcoming Gratitude and Trust Collections, and provide support for scaling retail and operational partnerships. The funds raised will help Love, Zero Negative continue its mission to spread positivity and empower individuals—one accessory and one act of love at a time. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
GK Pastry is raising funds on SMBX. The family-born bakery is dedicated to reviving nostalgic flavors using natural, top-tier ingredients and traditional baking techniques. Founded by CEO Gulnoza “Noza” Khaytenova, the bakery began at Bay Area farmers’ markets, where it consistently sold out and built a passionate local following through word of mouth. Today, GK Pastry has grown into a trusted neighborhood brand with locations in Palo Alto, Mountain View, and a new flagship shop in Los Altos. The bakery remains true to its roots, delighting customers with classic cakes, real-crust breads, and olive-oil-rich focaccia, while expanding thoughtfully into sandwiches, soups, and salads—always prioritizing quality and community connection.
Noza’s mission is to share “the good things from her kitchen” and create joy with every bite. The brand continues to thrive by honoring time-tested recipes and delivering consistency customers love. GK Pastry has become a gathering place for those who appreciate wholesome, handcrafted baked goods that evoke the comforting flavors of childhood and family tradition.
The current crowdfunding campaign will be used to refinance debt, freeing up capital for further growth and strengthening the bakery’s financial foundation as it continues expanding its footprint and serving the community. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)

The brand prioritizes ethical sourcing and supports local craftsmanship, helping position the company as a leader in conscious retail while fostering customer connection and long-term value.
