Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Illinois Community Solar Portfolio is raising funds on Climatize to support the development of three community solar projects across Kendall, Will, and Jefferson counties in Illinois. The offering is led by founders Evan Carlson and Eric Pasi in collaboration with Enterprise Energy, a seasoned developer with over a decade of experience in community solar. While the valuation is not disclosed, the funds will be used for essential early-stage development activities such as securing site control, submitting interconnection applications, and obtaining local permits.
Community solar projects like this one allow residents—especially those unable to install rooftop panels—to subscribe to local solar energy and receive utility bill credits, increasing access to clean, affordable power. Enterprise Energy is known for its personal approach to development, maintaining strong relationships with landowners and host communities while efficiently navigating land use and permitting processes. This investment opportunity contributes to a more sustainable energy future for Illinois communities. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Bolita, led by founder Emmanuel Galvan, is raising funds on SMBX. The business specializes in heirloom masa made from Mexican landrace maíz, supplying fresh masa and other Mexican staples like tamales, tortillas, and salsas to the Bay Area and beyond. What began as a passion project rooted in cultural reconnection has grown into a thriving food business with its own production facility in Berkeley, California. Bolita serves both retail and wholesale customers, including farmers markets, restaurants, and grocery stores.
The company’s mission—“Masa para todos”—is to bring fresh, authentic masa to a wider audience while honoring Mexican culinary heritage. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used for working capital, equipment purchases, and inventory expansion to meet growing demand. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Greenopia, with a valuation of $4.55 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The company offers a platform that helps users discover local, sustainable, and health-conscious businesses. At the core of Greenopia’s offering is a proprietary ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) assessment system, developed in collaboration with the Bren School. With a legacy of 120,000 verified listings and 75,000 printed guidebooks sold, Greenopia is now transitioning into the digital space. Its revenue model includes subscriptions, advertising, licensing, and B2B product referrals. The company was founded by Gay Browne in June 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $500,000. Campaign proceeds will be used for app development, onboarding operations, salaries, marketing, and legal and accounting costs. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
