Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
HEVO, with a valuation of $60 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is building the wireless charging infrastructure to power the electric vehicle (EV) future, replacing the outdated plug-in charging model with a seamless, cable-free experience. HEVO’s technology enables drivers to simply park their vehicles and charge automatically—no plugs, no cables, no hassle. Founded in 2011 by U.S. Army veteran Jeremy McCool, HEVO aims to accelerate EV adoption and support the autonomous vehicle revolution.
HEVO has developed a revolutionary, patented wireless EV charging system featuring vehicle-mounted receivers and grid-connected charging pads that achieve up to 93% efficiency, rivaling plug-in chargers. The company’s polyphase technology, co-developed with Oak Ridge National Labs, delivers 8× more power per square meter than competitors while maintaining cost parity with traditional systems. HEVO’s solution is UL and SAE certified, making it the only system globally with dual safety and interoperability certifications. The company has a strong IP portfolio with 17 patent families and plans to double that in the near term.
HEVO is already partnering with Stellantis, one of the world’s largest automakers, to integrate wireless charging into its EV lineup. The company is also advancing multiple production programs with global automakers, targeting over $100 million in annual revenues by 2028. To date, HEVO has raised over $18 million, including $4 million from 3,700+ crowdfunding investors, and is backed by leading investors such as Ulu Ventures, VoLo Earth Ventures, and the Dream Fund. The proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign will be used to secure additional automaker production agreements, advance HEVO Rezonant™ hardware, expand its Journey™ software platform, and scale wireless charging infrastructure for fleets and consumers. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Pacific Soul, with a valuation of $3.2 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company crafts freeze-dried superfruit snacks and brews made from 100% Colombian fruits—offering three times the nutrition of regular fruit with no added sugar, no junk, and no preservatives. Founded by Carolina Ramirez Nogales and Oliver Pinto Bautista, Pacific Soul was inspired by Carolina’s health challenges and her daughter’s nutritional needs, leading to a mission-driven brand that turns natural, nutrient-dense fruits into convenient, functional snacks. The products preserve up to 97% of nutrients, support gut and brain health, and are made from upcycled “imperfect” fruits, helping reduce waste and empower Colombian farmers.
The company has already gained traction through its pilot program, with over 40% of early customers returning for more, and is projecting $7.9 million in revenue within five years (not guaranteed). The team brings over 40 years of experience in CPG, operations, and growth, with backgrounds at PepsiCo, Dow, and YC-backed startups. Pacific Soul’s unique approach blends science, sustainability, and cultural authenticity—bridging global health trends with Colombia’s rich biodiversity.
The proceeds will be used for manufacturing and packaging, DTC and Amazon launches, marketing and retail activation, and product development for future innovations like superfruit-based powdered blends. Pacific Soul’s goal is simple yet profound: to make real, nourishing snacks accessible to everyone—born from their story, made for yours. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Paraiso Plant Studio is raising funds on SMBX. The company is a people-centered houseplant nursery and Berkeley’s largest houseplant destination, known for inspiring hope, creativity, and community through plants. Founded by Maria Blum Sullivan in 2018, Paraiso Plant Studio was born from her personal healing journey with gardening during postpartum depression and has since grown from a $300 investment into a thriving business with over $1 million in revenue by 2021. The studio combines Maria’s background in interior design and community organizing to create an intentionally inclusive, education-based plant space that welcomes both “plant people and plant killers alike.”
Paraiso Plant Studio focuses on helping customers succeed in plant care by offering accessible education, personalized support, and a nurturing community experience. The business has become a beloved destination within Berkeley’s Fourth Street shopping district, one of the Bay Area’s most desirable retail locations. Its commitment to relationship-building and customer success has cultivated a loyal returning customer base and positioned the studio as a hub for creativity, connection, and plant-inspired joy.
The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used for working capital to support expansion into a new location, as well as to fund labor and inventory to meet growing customer demand. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
