Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
GuardianX, a next-generation AI safety technology company, is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit to advance its research-driven protective solutions for schools, transportation systems, and public-sector agencies. Founded by Rana Dahlake, GuardianX is a woman-owned, immigrant-founded U.S. research and technology company focused on developing AI-enabled safety systems and smart protective equipment designed for safety-critical environments. While the company’s valuation is not disclosed, GuardianX is positioned as government-ready, with a structure that supports future contracts and partnerships with educational institutions and public agencies.
GuardianX’s technology is grounded in applied research, prototype development, and real-world testing, combining material science, AI engineering, and systems design to deliver scalable, next-generation safety solutions. The company’s mission centers on enhancing public safety while creating durable social and economic value through innovation that can be deployed across multiple public-use environments.
Proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign will be used to expand GuardianX’s research and development capabilities, including the purchase of advanced equipment and software to integrate AI systems for safety technology testing. These investments are intended to improve prototype development, increase data accuracy, accelerate production efficiency, and strengthen the company’s overall market competitiveness as it scales its impact-driven safety solutions. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Asarasi Sparkling Tree Water, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on Wefunder to scale its tree-sourced beverage platform that offers a sustainable alternative to traditional bottled water. Founded by Adam Lazar and co-founded by Aku Orraca-Tetteh, Asarasi produces USDA-certified organic sparkling tree water, probiotic seltzers, and functional sodas made from renewable maple tree water—an abundant resource typically discarded during maple syrup production. The company’s mission centers on conserving groundwater, supporting family farms, and redefining the future of hydration within the global beverage market.
Asarasi has generated approximately $2.1 million in lifetime revenue and is experiencing rapid growth, supported by expanding retail and distribution traction. The company has secured upcoming placements with Sprouts Farmers Market (nationwide in ~480 stores), Wakefern Food Corp banners (300+ stores), and Primo ReadyRefresh, along with an international distribution agreement providing access to 100,000+ stores across 90 countries. Asarasi projects $1.5 million in gross revenue through 2026, representing a 450%+ growth trajectory driven by existing and new customers.
The current Regulation Crowdfunding campaign is raising up to $618,000 on a convertible note with a $15 million valuation cap. Proceeds from the raise will be used to hire additional executive team members, expand marketing and sales efforts, and support working capital, enabling Asarasi to accelerate distribution, launch new product lines such as Nekter Pop probiotic sodas, and further establish the tree-sourced beverage category at scale. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Bunch, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on DealMaker Securities to build fully autonomous, AI-run companies that dramatically outperform traditional software businesses. Led by CEO and Director Richard McCartney, alongside co-founders Darja Gutnick, Anthony Reo, and Charles Ahmadzadeh, Bunch is creating AI-native businesses where artificial intelligence replaces human-operated functions such as product development, marketing, customer support, finance, and operations—unlocking margins up to 3.5x higher than conventional SaaS companies.
Bunch’s first live product is a leadership development app already used by 65,000+ active users, including managers at Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, and Slack. The app delivers AI-powered coaching, personalized growth journeys, and 24/7 support, achieving 24% month-over-month user growth, an average of 40+ weeks of continuous usage, and an estimated $525 customer lifetime value. Its traction demonstrates that fully AI-operated businesses can deliver real customer value at scale with minimal overhead.
The current fundraising campaign supports Bunch’s next phase: expanding its “Company in a Box” platform, which allows the same autonomous AI infrastructure to be applied across multiple industries—from leadership and mental health to compliance and beyond. Proceeds from the raise will be used to further develop and deploy Bunch’s AI agent ecosystem, enabling the creation of high-margin, scalable, headcount-light businesses that define the next category of AI-native companies.
