Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
GrownBy is raising funds on Wefunder. Co-founded by Lindsey Lusher Shute and Michael Parker, GrownBy is a farmer and employee-owned cooperative that operates a tech-enabled marketplace for local food. Built by farmers and programmers, the platform connects over 900 farms to 23,000+ consumers across the US and Canada, offering CSA subscriptions, meats, cheeses, and more—all while allowing farmers to retain at least 95% of every sale. The company is also the only e-commerce marketplace enabling farmers to accept SNAP Online for free, making local food more accessible to underserved communities. GrownBy has received $3.7 million in grants and investments from USDA, private foundations, and individual investors, and was named the winner of the Small Farm Innovation Challenge by the Community Alliance with Family Farmers. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign will support the development of wholesale and point-of-sale platforms, improvements to farm tools, and expansion of accessibility features. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Neopenda, with a valuation of $17 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is revolutionizing healthcare with its wearable vital signs monitor, neoGuard, designed to support overburdened healthcare workers in low-resource settings. Neopenda's technology continuously tracks pulse rate, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and temperature, providing real-time monitoring and alerts to enable timely treatment before vitals decline. The company has onboarded over 30 hospitals since its launch and has grown sales by 124% in the last twelve months. Neopenda was founded in August 2015 by Sona Shah and Teresa Cauvel, both biomedical engineers from Columbia University. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $618,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for sales and marketing, general and administrative expenses, research and development for new product expansion, and regulatory expenses. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Connect Wellness is raising funds on SMBX. The company offers a community outdoor thermal cycle spa that provides affordable access to wood-fired saunas, cold plunge tubs, and hot soaking tubs. Designed to mimic the ambiance of natural hot springs resorts, Connect Wellness delivers a unique and rejuvenating experience that supports physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Since its official launch in 2021, the business has grown rapidly—expanding from four-person sessions to serving up to 132 guests per day across multiple daily sessions. Revenue is generated through 2-hour community spa sessions, membership plans, private rentals, and day passes. Michelle Baker founded Connect Wellness after discovering the benefits of thermal cycling and identifying a market gap for affordable outdoor spa services. The current crowdfunding campaign will help support the company's continued growth and expansion. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
