Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
GGirls Closet is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Based in Aurora, Colorado, the company operates as a hybrid boutique with a powerful social mission: transforming donated clothing into funding, education, and community empowerment. GGirls Closet partners with Title I schools, nonprofits, and small businesses through a consignment model that returns 40% of resale proceeds back to these partners. Schools receive financial support for student programs, nonprofits gain funding for essential services, and small businesses earn revenue through hosted events—all made possible through community-donated clothing sold both in-store and online.
Founded and led by CEO Patricia Gillmore, GGirls Closet has become a standout community hub recognized for its impact. The company has been featured in local newspapers, covered in 303 Magazine, and maintains an exceptional 5-star Google rating across 60+ reviews. Since opening its new retail location, sales have increased 35% year-over-year, reflecting strong demand and community support. The organization also collaborates with Aurora Public Schools to educate “super seniors” on sustainability and mindful consumption, shaping a new generation of environmentally conscious consumers.
The current crowdfunding campaign will allow GGirls Closet to expand its community impact and educational infrastructure. Funds will be used to purchase classroom essentials—including desks, a TV, and additional space—to enhance student learning environments. Additional proceeds will support e-commerce expansion, enable partnerships with more Title I schools and nonprofits, hire a part-time assistant to manage operations and student support, and acquire commercial vehicles to facilitate clothing drives and provide transportation for low-income seniors. GGirls Closet is not just a boutique—it is a movement advancing sustainable fashion, creative fundraising, and community empowerment. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
SchoolRyde, with a valuation of $8 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company provides affordable, daily transportation for kids by partnering with professional taxi operators who meet strict child-safety standards. Through its integrated API platform, SchoolRyde connects parents, drivers, taxi fleets, and kid-focused institutions to deliver safe, flexible, and cost-effective rides for school, tutoring, and extracurricular activities. Founded by Naveen Tulseela, the company is already live in Minneapolis with 250 active drivers, a parent app in the App Store, and partnerships—including a signed agreement with a major taxi operator in Phoenix.
SchoolRyde addresses a growing national challenge for families: unreliable and costly transportation that creates economic and social barriers. With U.S. school districts spending $28 billion annually on transportation and parents contributing another $3–6 billion, SchoolRyde is positioned to serve a $50 billion market. By leveraging existing fleets instead of hiring private drivers or purchasing vehicles, the company operates with lower costs, higher scalability, and stronger safety oversight than traditional competitors. Its platform is already integrated with a major taxi dispatch system, and the model enables city-wide scalability through large fleet onboarding and institutional partnerships.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support SchoolRyde’s nationwide expansion, enhance its SaaS-based API platform, and scale partnerships with taxi operators and kid-focused institutions. Funding will accelerate growth in new cities, strengthen safety and oversight features, and support operational scaling to meet rising demand from families and schools. With early traction, strong industry partnerships, and a highly scalable model, SchoolRyde is building a safer, more reliable, and more affordable transportation solution for kids across the country. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Future Proof Climate Intelligence, with a valuation of $18.9 million, is raising funds on Netcapital. The company delivers AI-powered climate risk assessment and property-hardening solutions for homeowners, contractors, and insurers. Built around its proprietary Visionary™ AI Engine, Future Proof provides clear, personalized, and actionable plans to help homeowners protect their properties from extreme weather events—such as wildfires, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes—while also identifying insurance discounts and long-term cost savings. The public benefit corporation is led by CEO Claudia Brenner and founded by Ben Gilliland, whose team has developed an end-to-end ecosystem that includes the Magic Window® community risk app, a forthcoming XHome Survey™ property-level analysis tool, and extensive integrations with climate, photogrammetry, and building-code datasets.
The offering comes at a critical moment as extreme weather disasters have surged from three per year in the 1980s to 27 major events in 2024, placing $22 trillion in U.S. residential property value at risk. Meanwhile, insurance premiums in high-risk areas have increased 82%, leaving 35.6 million properties facing higher costs and reduced coverage. Future Proof addresses this gap by translating climate science, building engineering, and insurance incentives into a practical, AI-driven system that shows homeowners exactly how to strengthen their homes and potentially lower insurance premiums. Its technology integrates aerial imagery, AR-based property scans, underwriting rules, construction best practices, and future climate projections into property-specific retrofit plans.
Future Proof has already launched Magic Window®, built working prototypes of its 3D scanning technology, established partnerships with top data providers such as IBM Climate Intelligence and EagleView, and secured multiple trademarks and provisional patents for its AI-driven remediation systems. The company’s business model spans consumer subscriptions, DIY retrofit reports, contractor marketplace fees, enterprise SaaS for insurers, and sponsored integrations with manufacturers and home-improvement retailers.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support continued product development, AI training, commercialization of XHome Survey™, expansion of insurance-industry integrations, and growth of the contractor network and sponsorship ecosystem. With extreme weather accelerating and homeowners increasingly seeking guidance, Future Proof aims to build a national resilience solution that helps families protect their homes, reduce insurance costs, and strengthen community safety for decades to come.
