This Week’s New Crowdfunding Offerings Featuring Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership
You can advertise in Superpowers for Good. Click to learn more.
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
From Plans to Panels is raising funds on Climatize. Managed by David Gerovac, the offering is financing CESL Site 2, LLC, a single-purpose Illinois project company developing an approximately 6.6 MWdc / 5.0 MWac community solar facility in East St. Louis. The project is designed to transform a remediated brownfield and capped landfill area into renewable-energy infrastructure while expanding discounted community-solar access for income-eligible East St. Louis residents and supporting energy-cost savings for participating City accounts.
The project is expected to generate approximately 9,600 MWh of renewable electricity annually and is designed to deliver broader community benefits, including local construction and workforce-training opportunities, union labor, and opportunities for minority-owned businesses. By repurposing former industrial land for clean-energy generation, the project aims to support the transition to renewable energy while creating economic opportunities within the local community.
Proceeds from the offering will provide working capital to advance the project from development and early construction activities toward notice to proceed and full construction. Funds may be used for interconnection, engineering, permitting, environmental and site-readiness work, equipment and procurement deposits, financing preparation, reserves, and other related project costs. CESL Site 2, LLC is separately organized from affiliated Site 1 and Site 3 project companies, with this offering financing only the Site 2 project. With its combination of renewable energy generation, community-solar access, brownfield redevelopment, and local workforce opportunities, From Plans to Panels aims to help transform underutilized land into productive clean-energy infrastructure while delivering tangible benefits to East St. Louis residents and businesses. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Ola Brew, with a valuation of $62.34 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. Founded and led by Co-Founder and President Naehalani Breeland and CEO and Co-Founder Brett Jacobson, the company is reviving ʻŌkolehao, Hawaiʻi’s historic distilled spirit, through a vertically integrated farm-to-bottle model using 100% Hawaiʻi-grown kī root. Once prominent during the Hawaiian monarch era before nearly disappearing for more than a century, ʻŌkolehao is being reintroduced as a distinctive premium spirit rooted in Hawaiʻi’s history, culture, agriculture, and place. Ola Brew operates an oceanfront distillery alongside its commercial brewery and taprooms, with infrastructure designed to support production of up to 300,000 cases annually as the company expands nationally and internationally.
Ola Brew is positioning ʻŌkolehao as a new premium spirits category rather than another variation of established whiskey or tequila brands. The spirit has already received significant third-party validation, with Ola Brew reporting 75 international awards, including three “Best in Class” honors from major spirits competitions and recognition at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The company believes ʻŌkolehao’s distinctive kī-root foundation and authentic Hawaiian provenance provide meaningful differentiation in a crowded global spirits market, while its flavor profile allows it to compete within the premium whiskey and tequila consumer landscape.
The company has demonstrated substantial traction and investment in building the category, having raised more than $3 million through crowdfunding and over $18 million from private investors, with capital deployed toward distillery property and construction, agricultural research and development, and product innovation. Ola Brew has also developed a commercially viable kī crop after years of agricultural research and iteration, establishing a foundation for vertically integrated production. The company is now focused on scaling agriculture and processing capabilities and expanding sales and marketing to introduce ʻŌkolehao to national and global consumers. Capital from the current offering will support these efforts, helping expand kī cultivation, increase agricultural processing capacity, and build broader market awareness.
With a $62.34 million valuation, the offering is structured as an equity investment at $4.50 per share, with a funding target ranging from $20,000 to $3.3 million. Ola Brew is inviting investors to participate alongside more than 4,200 existing shareholders in what it describes as the resurrection of Hawaiʻi’s original distilled spirit. By combining cultural heritage, proprietary agricultural development, award-winning product quality, established production infrastructure, and a scalable farm-to-bottle model, Ola Brew aims to take ʻŌkolehao from a revived Hawaiian tradition to a globally recognized premium spirits brand. SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
SOAR Ministries is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded and led by Owner Leean Le, the faith-based media and events company, also known as Sounds of Abundant Revival, focuses on spiritual education, Biblical literacy, identity, and purpose for Millennial and Gen Z audiences. The organization produces educational short films, digital content, and educational series distributed across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, using storytelling to engage a growing audience. It has also published several books and has been featured on radio and talk show programs.
SOAR Ministries has expanded its digital presence to more than 12,000 followers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok while developing an integrated model that combines digital media with live experiences. The organization hosts conferences and worship events designed to provide instruction on identity and purpose while creating opportunities for community and spiritual engagement. By managing its own content production and event operations, SOAR Ministries aims to maintain a consistent presence across both digital and physical platforms.
The current funding will support the expansion of its conference operations, including event décor, speaker and artist fees, audiovisual and production services, hospitality, and conference marketing. The organization plans to host future conferences in larger-capacity venues as its audience grows, creating opportunities to expand both its reach and event-generated revenue. A portion of conference proceeds will also be used to support other ministries and organizations assisting people experiencing homelessness.
With an established digital audience, published media, educational programming, and growing live-event operations, SOAR Ministries aims to build a broader platform for spiritual education and community development. Its future plans also include establishing philanthropic programs addressing poverty and homelessness, extending the impact of its conferences beyond media and worship experiences into community support initiatives.
