Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Casa de Chocolates is raising funds on SMBX. The company is a small family-run chocolatería dedicated to uplifting the indigenous roots of cacao. Located in Berkeley, California, Casa de Chocolates uses local, organic, and ethically sourced ingredients to craft renowned artisanal chocolates that celebrate the diverse flavors of Latin America. Founded by Linda Sanchez and Jesus Chavez, the current co-owners and former first employees of the business, Casa de Chocolates carries forward more than a decade of heritage, mentorship, and community trust. The company is expanding to create a new production space and retail storefront to meet increasing demand and scale its impact. The growth plan includes securing 15 new wholesale partnerships, expanding corporate gifting accounts, enhancing local presence through events, and refreshing packaging with sustainable materials. The crowdfunding campaign proceeds will support production expansion, packaging upgrades, and outreach efforts. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Majani is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Based in Chicago, Majani is a sustainable eatery and catering company serving soulful vegan and vegetarian cuisine made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Led by CEO and Pastry Chef Nasya Emmanual, Majani has operated for eight years and is now launching a second location—its innovative vegan village. The new space at 3110 E 79th Street will feature up to four independent vegan restaurants, a juice bar, outdoor gathering areas, and on-site parking, all designed to foster a walkable, health-focused community. Majani has received numerous accolades, including recognition by the South Shore Chamber and consistent rankings as one of Chicago’s top 10 vegan restaurants. The business has also earned over a dozen grants, including from the Good Food Fund, supporting its mission of wellness, sustainability, and community empowerment. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to acquire and renovate the new location, covering architectural drawings, permits, environmental assessments, and interior demolition. Dopple, with a valuation of $9.3 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is a fintech platform helping families fund what truly matters—offering a multi-source ecosystem that connects families with financial support from friends, family, employers, and aid programs. Dopple has already supported over 15,000 families, generated $1.3 million in revenue over the past 18 months, and achieved 236% year-over-year growth in 2024. Led by CEO Lisa Marino, Dopple began as a kids’ clothing subscription and evolved into a comprehensive financial support platform, now backed by $2.5 million in previous funding from venture capitalists, corporate investors, and the founder. A recent $500,000 commitment from NJ Angel Match opens doors for strategic partnerships with women's health programs. Dopple’s current campaign aims to raise $1 million, with proceeds going toward platform growth, development of the Baby Budget Builder and Needs-First Registry, mobile app launch, and expansion of the New Jersey pilot.
