Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Black Fives, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded by Claude Johnson, Black Fives is a for-profit consumer packaged goods company that owns and monetizes the logos of all-Black basketball teams from the pre-NBA era (1900–1950). The company is creating an entirely new category in sports history by commercializing intellectual property rooted in African American cultural heritage. Since 2021, Black Fives has generated $202,000 in e-commerce sales and $665,000 in licensing royalties, working with top-tier partners like NIKE, Converse, PUMA, and LIDS—all without traditional advertising. The company is supported by a world-class advisory team including three former NIKE executives and Snap’s global head of trademarks and copyrights. The current crowdfunding campaign has a target of $1 million through post-money SAFEs and will fuel growth in advertising, product development, and operational scale. The mission of Black Fives is to inspire the world with the untold legacy of African American basketball pioneers—empowering descendants, honoring heritage, and “making history now.” (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Bala Enzyme, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company offers a doctor-formulated drink mix that targets both inflammation and dehydration using natural, zero-sugar ingredients. Its proprietary EnzymX Recovery Accelerator® blends plant-based enzymes, electrolytes, and amino acids to help consumers recover faster and feel better, naturally.
Founded by Arash Aftabi and Dr. Farnoush Fadavi, Bala Enzyme has sold over 2 million packets to 100,000+ customers and generated $1.5 million in cumulative revenue. The brand boasts a 68% 12-month retention rate—more than double the industry average—and a 4.5-star rating on Amazon, where sales are up 69% year-over-year.
Backed by experts from Coca-Cola, Vita Coco, and Vitamin Water, Bala Enzyme is on track to expand from 2,000 to 20,000 stores by 2029, with interest from major retailers like Kroger, Target, Publix, and Whole Foods.
The current crowdfunding campaign seeks to raise up to $1 million via post-money SAFEs at a $15 million valuation. Proceeds will support retail expansion, new product development, and online growth. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Lotta’s Laundry is raising funds on SMBX. Based in Bainbridge Island, Washington, the company provides a trusted pickup-and-delivery laundry service designed to give families their time back. Lotta’s Laundry offers a stress-free experience—clean, folded clothes delivered reliably—with a strong focus on sustainability, personalized care, and community values.
Co-founded by Liz and Beau Perra, Lotta’s Laundry began as a passion project to relieve the invisible load many families carry. What started from their home with hand-labeled bags and handwritten notes has grown into a beloved local service known for integrity, joy, and dependability.
The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used for purchasing machines, covering plumbing and electrical upgrades, securing initial rent, acquiring startup equipment, and providing a cushion for labor and operational costs during the transition. This raise is focused not on rapid scaling, but on sustainable growth—creating lasting local jobs and continuing to serve the Bainbridge Island community with heart.
