Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We also add other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Other new offerings added during the week.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Batteries for Chicagoland is raising funds on Climatize. Led by CEO Eric Pasi, the offering supports a portfolio of grid-scale battery energy storage projects being developed across the Chicagoland region. The projects are designed to strengthen grid reliability and meet growing electricity demand as electrification, AI-driven load growth, and renewable energy deployment continue to expand across the Midwest. By storing energy and releasing it when needed, the battery systems will help balance electricity supply and demand while supporting a more resilient and flexible power grid.
The projects are being developed by Enterprise Energy LLC, a Minneapolis-based clean energy developer focused on advancing community solar and battery storage infrastructure across the Midwest. Enterprise Energy has gained industry recognition for its work accelerating the clean energy transition and was named a SuperCrowd Award Winner at the SuperGreen Live global climate innovation event in 2026. The company aims to expand equitable access to clean energy while building scalable infrastructure that supports modern energy needs.
The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to advance multiple Chicagoland battery storage projects toward construction. Specifically, the funds will support development activities such as engineering work, interconnection studies, permitting, and securing site control. The projects also benefit from favorable policy support following Illinois’ Clean and Reliable Grid Affordability Act, which created incentives to accelerate energy storage deployment and strengthen the region’s energy infrastructure. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Blueberry, with a valuation of $7,000,000, is raising funds on Republic. The company provides an all-in-one SaaS payment processing platform designed to help small businesses manage operations more efficiently. Blueberry’s platform combines multiple essential business tools—including invoicing, appointment booking, point-of-sale functionality, employee time tracking, and hardware payment integration—into a single mobile and web-based system. The company aims to simplify operations for small business owners who typically rely on several different applications to manage payments, scheduling, and financial workflows.
Blueberry was co-founded by CEO Ron Sagi along with Edward Dillman, Sachin Tiple, and Ofir Sagi. The platform operates on a subscription-based SaaS model combined with transaction-based revenue from payment processing, generating recurring and predictable revenue streams. The company launched its MVP in 2022 and later introduced its enhanced mobile application, achieving over 1,000 installs during its soft launch without any advertising spend. Blueberry’s apps are available on iOS, Android, and Shopify, and the platform offers a simplified onboarding process and a low monthly subscription fee of $29.99 for merchants.
Blueberry is targeting the growing small business market, which includes more than 33 million SMBs in the United States alone. The company aims to replace fragmented business software stacks with a single integrated solution that supports multiple payment methods and operational tools. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used primarily for marketing and advertising initiatives, including search ads and trade shows, as well as product enhancements and expansion of the sales and support teams to accelerate adoption and growth. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Nuudii System, with a valuation of $18 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded and led by CEO Annette Azan, the company is an intimate apparel technology brand that created the patented Boobwear™ category. Nuudii System designs flexible, lightweight undergarments that provide gentle support while allowing the body to move naturally without restrictive structures. The company has expanded its product portfolio to 33 products across Boobwear™, buttwear, bodywear, and swimwear, serving a global customer base seeking comfortable, everyday intimate apparel.
Nuudii System has generated more than $14 million in cumulative revenue, including approximately $4 million in trailing twelve-month revenue, with strong growth and high margins in the direct-to-consumer apparel space. The company has sold over 200,000 units to more than 100,000 customers in over 40 countries and maintains a return rate below 5%, significantly lower than the industry average of about 30%. The brand has built defensible intellectual property through six issued patents and has received backing from notable investors, including Daymond John and venture capital firm XRC Ventures. Nuudii has also been featured in major publications such as Vogue, The New Yorker, Today, Glossy, and Refinery29.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign to accelerate brand awareness, expand internationally, develop alternative retail distribution channels, and advance innovation in next-generation biodegradable yarn materials. With strong brand loyalty, patented technology, and a growing global community, Nuudii System aims to further scale the category it created while continuing to deliver comfortable and confidence-focused intimate apparel.
