You can advertise in Superpowers for Good. Click to learn more.
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Azure Printed Homes is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit to expand its innovative approach to sustainable and affordable housing. Led by CEO Gene Eidelman, the company manufactures modular homes using 3D-printing technology that transforms recycled plastic bottles into durable, code-compliant buildings. Azure Printed Homes has already delivered more than 100 structures across North America and focuses on workforce housing, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), supportive housing, hospitality, and other modular construction projects. By combining advanced manufacturing with recycled materials, the company aims to reduce construction costs by up to 30% and accelerate project delivery by up to 70% compared to traditional building methods.
The company’s business model centers on designing, manufacturing, and delivering prefabricated modular structures while leveraging proprietary 3D-printing technology and recycled materials to improve efficiency and sustainability. Its growing project backlog and recognition from organizations including TIME, Fast Company, SXSW, and the National Association of Realtors demonstrate increasing demand for its housing solutions. This approach positions Azure Printed Homes to address critical housing shortages while reducing construction waste and environmental impact.
The proceeds from this Honeycomb Credit offering will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, purchase production equipment, increase inventory, hire key personnel, and provide working capital to fulfill its growing pipeline of projects. As demand for affordable and sustainable housing continues to rise across North America, Azure Printed Homes aims to scale its operations, deliver more high-quality modular buildings, and further its mission of making innovative, environmentally responsible housing faster, more accessible, and more affordable.
Azure Printed Homes' mission has also been highlighted by Superpowers for Good, where CEO Gene Eidelman shared how the company is transforming the housing industry through sustainable innovation. In the episode, "How Gene Eidelman is Transforming Housing with Recycled Plastics and Smart Innovation," Gene explained how Azure converts discarded plastic bottles into durable, code-compliant modular homes that can be produced faster, more affordably, and with significantly less waste than traditional construction. He also discussed how advanced 3D-printing technology can help address the growing affordable housing shortage while reducing plastic pollution, illustrating Azure's vision of creating environmentally responsible housing solutions that are both scalable and accessible. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Solar for Shannon Drive, MD is raising funds on Climatize to expand access to affordable community solar for residents in East Baltimore. Developed by ESA and led by Chief Executive Officer Lindsay Latre, the project will install a 646 kW rooftop community solar system on a local commercial building, delivering clean, renewable energy to surrounding neighborhoods while supporting local businesses. More than 51% of the electricity generated will be dedicated to low- and moderate-income (LMI) households through Maryland’s Community Solar Program, providing participants with a 25% discount on electricity costs for 20 years. By placing solar generation directly on neighborhood rooftops, the project aims to reduce energy costs, strengthen local resilience, and increase access to clean energy where it is needed most.
The project is supported by a proven development model that combines rooftop solar installations with public incentives and community partnerships. ESA is a founder-owned solar and storage developer with more than 8 GW of projects transacted nationwide, bringing extensive experience across community solar, utility-scale, rooftop, and energy storage developments. The Shannon Drive project has already secured domestic solar modules to preserve eligibility for a 40% federal tax credit and received a $151,303 grant from the Maryland Energy Administration. Construction is expected to begin in early 2027 using a local Maryland workforce, further supporting economic development while expanding clean energy infrastructure.
The proceeds from this Climatize offering will help finance the development and construction of the Shannon Drive solar project, enabling more Baltimore families to benefit from long-term electricity savings while accelerating the transition to renewable energy. With a strategic focus on underserved communities, experienced project leadership, secured government incentives, and a scalable community solar model, Solar for Shannon Drive, MD aims to demonstrate how locally generated renewable energy can create lasting economic and environmental benefits for neighborhoods across Maryland. #BlindHope – The Musical is raising funds on CineBlock Films. Produced by Charo Toledo, the project is a romantic musical drama that explores themes of identity, trauma, resilience, and rediscovering love beyond appearances. Set in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, the story follows Esperanza “Espy” Manzur, a gifted young singer whose dreams are shattered after a life-changing act of violence leaves her disfigured, and William “El Niño” Leon, a rising soccer star whose journey becomes intertwined with hers through fate and second chances.
The production aims to deliver an emotionally powerful musical that combines compelling storytelling with original music while addressing universal themes of self-worth, healing, and hope. Developed under BH Movie LLC, the project is structured to finance, produce, market, distribute, and commercialize #BlindHope, together with its related intellectual property and ancillary rights, creating opportunities for future exploitation across multiple entertainment channels.
Funds raised through the CineBlock Films campaign will support the film’s pre-production and production efforts as the creative team works to bring the project to audiences. By blending cinematic storytelling with music and a socially meaningful message, #BlindHope – The Musical seeks to create an inspiring film that resonates with global audiences while showcasing the transformative power of love, perseverance, and redemption.
