Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.
A Note on Supporting LGBTQ+ Founders
In recent years, increasing hostility toward the LGBTQ+ community has made public identification more complicated—and in some cases, less safe—for founders raising capital. We believe that supporting LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs has never been more important.
At the same time, we recognize that some founders who are members of the community prefer not to be identified as such while fundraising. Out of respect for their privacy and safety, we have discontinued the practice of publishing a separate list of new offerings by LGBTQ+ founders.
Our commitment to supporting inclusive, impact-driven entrepreneurship remains unchanged.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Ava’s Pet Palace is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is a mission-driven, family-owned pet treat brand offering USDA Certified Organic, clean-ingredient treats made with radically simple recipes and unexpected proteins such as wild sockeye salmon and duck. Ava’s Pet Palace products are now carried in over 400 retail stores nationwide, including Erewhon Market, and the brand has achieved 60% year-over-year DTC growth and a 57%+ customer return rate, reflecting strong customer loyalty. The company is certified minority-owned and emphasizes sustainability through eco-friendly packaging, carbon-neutral shipping, and community-focused giving. Ava’s Pet Palace was founded by Ava Dorsey, with Ina Jones serving as President and Michael Jones as COO.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support continued growth in the booming pet market, which exceeded $147 billion globally in 2024. Proceeds from the raise will be used primarily for inventory and production scaling, retail expansion and in-store support, team growth across sales and operations, increased marketing and DTC initiatives, and administrative and working capital needs to support stability. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Gig Market, with a valuation of $10.3 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded by Doug Nguyen, with Tuan Do serving as Co-Founder and CTO, the company is a community-first marketplace reshaping how neighborhoods access and complete local work. Gig Market connects everyday people who need fast, affordable help with nearby workers seeking flexible, honest gigs, bringing simplicity, trust, and speed back to local labor. The platform has grown organically to over 25,000 users, facilitated more than $10 million in gig volume, and generates over $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue through worker subscriptions, transaction fees, and local advertising. Built with extreme capital efficiency and a lean operating model, Gig Market leverages more than two years of real user data to power future AI-driven matching, pricing, and trust scoring. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to complete its smart matching AI engine, enhance the app experience, expand into new cities, and scale user growth, positioning Gig Market to become core infrastructure for hyperlocal work across major U.S. markets. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
The Saucy African, is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The company is a culturally inspired consumer packaged goods brand that brings bold, authentic African flavors into everyday American cooking through slow-cooked simmer sauces and spice blends rooted in West African culinary traditions. Founded by Ghanaian American entrepreneur Dr. Janet Digber-Williams alongside co-founder and COO James Digber, The Saucy African was built on a mission of food inclusivity, authenticity, and education—making African cuisine approachable while positioning it as a versatile, everyday pantry staple.
The business has grown organically from a home-kitchen concept into a professionally branded, retail-ready CPG company, with early traction driven by social media influencers and recipe content that demonstrated how to use African flavors in familiar meals. A recent full rebrand strengthened packaging, messaging, and shelf presence, positioning the company for broader retail expansion. The Saucy African has strong community roots in Pittsburgh, with placements at Bloomfield Winter Market and neighborhood retailers such as Local Provisions and Salem’s Market, and has expanded regionally with invitations to destinations like Findlay Market in Cincinnati. Despite limited resources and the need to educate consumers about a new flavor category, the company has continued to grow through grassroots support and rising retail interest.
The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to consolidate debt and improve cash flow, increase inventory to support existing and new retail accounts, and expand marketing efforts focused on consumer education and repeat purchasing. Additional funds will support operational needs such as part-time staffing, software, storage, and retail placement costs, including demos and point-of-sale materials, helping build the infrastructure needed for the brand’s next stage of growth.
