Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:

Impact offerings as determined by KingsCrowd reviews.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offering(s) of the Week:

YouSolar, with a valuation of $39 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The clean-energy company has created PowerBloc, a solar and battery system that delivers clean power to the modern world. PowerBloc uses modular power architecture to integrate solar, utility, and generator power to run an entire house or business. The system is easy to install and stores solar energy from the Sun. YouSolar has been a National Finalist in the 2018 CleanTech Open and has made multiple sales in California to power high-end homes. Arnold Leitner founded YouSolar in May 2010. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $14,999.88 and a maximum target of $1.47 million. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offering(s) of the Week:

ViiT Health, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a non-invasive wellness device that monitors oxygen, blood sugar, and pulse. The device, Bioviit, is a portable biomarker monitor that uses light, instead of pricking, to detect temperature, oxygen, blood sugar, and oxygen accurately. ViiT Health has conducted 13 clinical trials and reported 93% accuracy for regular blood sugar levels. Luis Fernando, Luis Gomez, and Lorena de la Maza founded ViiT Health in June 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $618,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for calibration and certification, research and development, hiring, sales and marketing, production, and intellectual property protection. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offering(s) of the Week:

AI Box, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed a no-code, drag-and-drop AI-based app builder and marketplace. AI Box uses its patent-pending AI platform technology to help creators link multiple AI models together, be more creative, and monetize their creations. The app has 3,500 members in the AI Box Creators groups and has 2,500 corporations and professionals on the waitlist. Jaeden Schafer, Ben Pierson, and Jillian Schafer founded AI Box in December 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million.
