Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Wild Rye, with a valuation of $13 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is redefining the outdoor apparel industry by designing beautifully crafted, high-performance gear specifically for women. Founded by Cassie Abel, Wild Rye is a certified B Corp and Climate Neutral brand with a mission to empower women in outdoor adventures through inclusive, functional, and stylish technical apparel.
Wild Rye products are now sold in over 300 retail locations, including every REI, evo, and Title Nine store, and more than 75 specialty retailers. With a strong direct-to-consumer channel and an impressive 43% customer repeat rate, the brand is rapidly growing and projected to reach $5.2 million in revenue in 2025 and $15 million with profitability by 2027 (projections not guaranteed). Wild Rye boasts a low 8% product return rate—well below the industry average—and is building a loyal customer base that values both performance and purpose.
As a women-founded and women-led company, Wild Rye is actively reshaping an industry that has historically overlooked female athletes. The campaign proceeds will support expansion into new outdoor categories, further product development, and the company's continued shift toward more sustainable and resilient supply chains. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
GigaStar, with a valuation of $58 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is building the Wall Street of the Creator Economy by enabling YouTube creators to raise capital through revenue-sharing securities, turning fans into investors. Led by CEO Hazem Dawani, GigaStar is the only SEC-registered platform that tokenizes YouTube AdSense revenue into digital securities, creating a new investment class in the $250 billion Creator Economy.
Since its 2023 launch, GigaStar has raised over $4.9 million for 23 creators, distributed $680,000 to 6,500 investors, and attracted 22,000+ investor accounts. Its platform currently processes $315,000 in monthly YouTube revenue. With a $9.8 million capital raise from investors including Belvedere Strategic Capital, DV Crypto VC, and Nameless Ventures, GigaStar has proven market demand and regulatory credibility.
The current raise will fund the launch of a secondary market for trading Channel Revenue Tokens (CRTs) in Q4 2025, onboard 50+ new creators, and scale investor acquisition. GigaStar is uniquely positioned to democratize access to the booming Creator Economy by providing a secure, scalable, and compliant end-to-end investment ecosystem. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Mira, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on FundingHope. The company is introducing the world’s first Whole-Person Intelligence System, designed to help individuals optimize performance, reduce stress, and make better decisions by aligning mind, body, inherent abilities, environment, and purpose in real time. Co-led by Co-CEOs Scott Cote and Robin Connelley, Mira uses 36 integrated AI agents rooted in whole-systems biology to deliver personalized, predictive, and adaptive guidance.
Unlike typical wellness or productivity apps, Mira offers a holistic and dynamic platform that mirrors users’ emotional states and delivers real-time “micro-adjustments” to help maintain peak performance. Its subscription-based business model is scalable, with future integrations planned for wearables and native mobile platforms.
Currently in final stages of demo launch, Mira aims to become a market leader in the rapidly growing $100 billion+ cognitive enhancement and human optimization industry. The proceeds from this crowdfunding campaign will support product development, launch, and early user acquisition. Mira is not just an app—it’s a movement to redefine human potential in the AI age.
