Two SuperCrowd Events You Don't Want to Miss!
SuperCrowdChicago on June 12 and SuperCrowdHour on June 19 Are Great Opportunities to Learn and Connect With Peers
SuperCrowdChicago
Did you know we’re hosting SuperCrowdChicago in Chicago in just three weeks? This amazing and affordable event will bring people together from across the country to celebrate and connect in one of the country’s most vibrant and diverse cities.
Our agenda features a roster of regulated investment crowdfunding experts and local community leaders coming together to talk about how we can work together to support each other, strengthen communities and make money. You can see the detailed agenda here.
Speakers include corporate leaders from SEC-registered, FINRA-member portals, such as Dorian Dickinson of FundingHope, Topiltzin Gomez of Honeycomb Credit and Stephen Dynako of Raise Green. Denea Beale from Kiva will also be there to discuss its unique crowdfunding model for small business entrepreneurs.
Several members of the Crowdfunding Professional Association board, including President Brian Christie, board member Bill Huston and I, will also speak.
The National Coalition for Community Capital will also be represented by its Chair, Chris Miller and board member Bill Huston, along with member Stephen Dynako.
Other crowdfunding experts, like Karl Dakin of Dakin Capital, Florence Hardy of Flow Enterprises and Sarah Kaplan of PathLight Law, will share their insights.
I’m especially excited about our session with entrepreneurs who will share information about their live regulated investment crowdfunding campaigns at the event. Attendees can invest on the spot via the portals where they are raising. Committed participants already include Dr. Canaan Van Williams of ProActive Realty and Ismael El-Amin of Piggyback Network.
One of the true highlights of the event—for our VIP ticket holders—will be a bus tour of Chicago highlighting the Windy City’s Black history. Local celebrity Dilla Thomas will be our tour guide, and dinner will be served on the bus. Dilla will also share a few thoughts for everyone in our opening session.
We’re grateful for the community support of our sponsors and co-hosts. They make it possible for us to host this event at prices that small investors and entrepreneurs can afford. Students and seniors can qualify for early-bird tickets at just $49! General admission tickets start at $129, but with the 30 percent discount you get with the code SUPERCROWD you get in for under 100 bucks. Early-bird VIP tickets are just $229 and are also eligible for the 30 percent discount. The VIP tickets include lunch, dinner and the Black history tour of Chicago. Register now! Don’t miss out on the Midwest impact crowdfunding event of the year.
