Tonight at 8:00 PM Eastern / 5:00 PM Pacific, four innovative companies will pitch live on the Superpowers for Good Live Pitch, streaming on the e360tv Network via Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices and available right here in the embedded player.
This is more than a pitch showcase. It is live, interactive television for impact investors, founders, community builders and anyone who loves seeing entrepreneurs under pressure.
The CEOs will pitch. The judges will probe. Audience questions will roll in. The founders will answer live on TV. Then, near the end of the session, everyone watching will have the chance to vote for the SuperCrowd Award, our audience-choice honor, while the judges deliberate to select the Judges’ Choice Award winner.
Startup pitching is a spectator sport—and tonight’s lineup should make for a terrific match.
Meet the Companies Pitching Tonight
Eisana Health — Carole Spangler Vaughn, CEO
Eisana Health is working to reduce one of the most painful and permanent side effects of chemotherapy: chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, or CIPN. Led by CEO Carole Spangler Vaughn, PhD, MBA, the company is developing a mobile cooling system for hands and feet designed specifically around the needs of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.
The problem is deeply human. Cancer treatment can save lives while leaving survivors with debilitating nerve damage that affects walking, working, sleeping and daily life. Eisana Health’s solution is designed to keep patients mobile, functional and independent while cooling during treatment—an elegant approach to improving quality of life after cancer.
Carole brings more than 25 years of life science experience, much of it in oncology, along with her own perspective as a breast cancer survivor. That combination of scientific training, industry experience and lived experience gives Eisana Health’s mission special urgency: survival should not come at the cost of preventable suffering.
Emission Free Generators — Mark Collins, CEO
Emission Free Generators is developing the ZenH2, a portable hydrogen-on-demand generator designed to deliver quiet, clean, continuous electricity without fossil fuels, solar panels, batteries or the electrical grid.
Led by CEO Mark Collins, an inventor with decades of product-development experience, the company is targeting a problem millions of people understand immediately: when the power goes out, traditional generators are loud, dangerous indoors and inaccessible to many apartment dwellers, condo residents, people with physical limitations and families relying on medical devices.
Emission Free Generators’ cartridge-based system is designed to create hydrogen on demand using a proprietary powder cartridge and water, producing electricity safely and quietly for essential needs. The company points to extensive testing, a deep intellectual-property focus and a recurring cartridge model as part of its plan to make emission-free backup power practical for everyday consumers.
Clean energy is exciting. Reliable power in an emergency is personal. Emission Free Generators sits at the intersection of both.
Rejuvenate Bio — Daniel Oliver, CEO
Rejuvenate Bio is a biotechnology company developing one-time gene therapies aimed at treating chronic, age-related diseases in companion animals and, ultimately, humans.
Led by CEO and co-founder Daniel Oliver, Rejuvenate Bio emerged from the scientific ecosystem around George Church’s lab at Harvard Medical School and the Wyss Institute. The company is pursuing a bold idea: instead of simply managing the symptoms of age-related disease, can gene therapy target biological mechanisms that contribute to deterioration?
Rejuvenate Bio is beginning with companion animals, where chronic conditions such as cardiac disease, kidney disease, obesity and osteoarthritis can dramatically reduce both lifespan and quality of life. The company’s strategy uses animal health partnerships to support development while building data and manufacturing capabilities that could eventually inform human therapeutics.
It is an ambitious biotech story—one that combines aging science, gene therapy, veterinary medicine and long-term human health potential.
SenoGuard — Diana Tucker, CEO
SenoGuard is developing a non-radiation approach intended to reduce the burden of treatment after lumpectomy for breast cancer.
Led by CEO Diana Tucker, SenoGuard is working on technology that would freeze residual cancer cells at the time of lumpectomy, potentially giving patients an alternative to weeks of daily radiation treatments. The company’s vision is powerful: preserve the benefits of breast-conserving surgery while reducing pain, fatigue, cosmetic damage, travel burdens and access barriers associated with radiation therapy.
This is especially important for women who live far from radiation centers, cannot take weeks away from work or family responsibilities, or face financial and logistical barriers to completing treatment. SenoGuard’s approach could make breast-conserving care more accessible in community hospitals and underserved regions.
Diana’s pitch tonight will put a spotlight on a deeply practical question in women’s health: how can we make effective breast cancer treatment easier to complete, easier to access and easier to endure?
Meet the Judges
Paul Lovejoy
Paul Lovejoy brings the perspective of a serious practitioner of community capital. As Principal Advisor at Stakeholder Enterprise, Paul helps people think about crowd investing as a tool for building wealth ethically and supporting the communities, founders and solutions they want to see thrive.
Paul is not a theoretical observer of Reg CF. He has been an active crowd investor, adviser and advocate, bringing a deeply human lens to investment decisions. He understands both the financial questions and the stakeholder questions: Who benefits? Who is included? What problem is being solved? What kind of economy are we helping build?
Expect Paul to listen for mission, market and integrity—and to ask questions that help viewers understand how impact investors think.
Teddy Lyons
Teddy Lyons brings sharp investment discipline to the panel. As a Senior Investment Associate at Kingscrowd, he works in the world of crowdfunding data, analysis and due diligence, helping evaluate companies raising capital from the crowd.
Teddy’s background includes venture capital, investment banking and rigorous financial training, but he also brings the competitive mindset of a former college soccer captain. That combination—analytical skill, competitive drive and a team-first orientation—makes him a terrific judge for a live pitch format.
He is likely to look closely at execution, traction, market size, financial assumptions and the practical path from promise to performance.
Sherwood “Woodie” Neiss
Sherwood “Woodie” Neiss is one of the foundational figures in the investment crowdfunding movement. A longtime advocate for democratizing access to startup capital, Woodie helped shape the policy conversation that led to the JOBS Act and has spent years building data, research and investment infrastructure around Regulation Crowdfunding.
As a founder and leader in the Reg CF ecosystem, Woodie brings a rare blend of policy knowledge, market data, entrepreneurial experience and investor discipline. He has seen the industry from the inside since the beginning, and he understands both the promise and the pitfalls of raising capital from the crowd.
When Woodie asks a question, founders—and viewers—learn something.
