Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Javelina is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The Indigenous dining concept, co-owned by Alexa Sital-Numkena and Nicholas Anderson, celebrates Indigenous first foods and non-colonial ingredients with a menu rooted in Alexa’s Pacific Northwest and Hopi heritage. Javelina features dishes made with produce and wild game native to Turtle Island, as well as powwow comfort foods like frybread. In less than a year, Javelina has garnered critical acclaim, including recognition as the 2023 Best Bite in Portland, features in OPB, Eater, and Travel Portland, and a nomination for 2024 Pop-up of the Year. The business was also voted Best Frybread in Oregon at Fry Bread Fest 2024.
Alexa and Nick are opening the first Indigenous restaurant in Oregon and one of only three in the Pacific Northwest. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $30,000 and a maximum target of $100,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to transition Javelina from a pop-up to a restaurant, meeting growing demand and creating a dedicated space to showcase Indigenous cuisine and its powerful cultural story. Papelon Arepa Bar, co-owned by Armando Gonzalez, is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Papelon’s menu also features tequeños, empanadas, and traditional beverages like papelón con limón and passion fruit juice. With a mission to promote diversity and connect the community through fresh, high-quality Venezuelan cuisine, Papelon has been recognized as a nominee for the City Paper Awards' Best Arepa in Town 2024.
The current crowdfunding campaign aims to raise funds for the purchase of a food truck to expand Papelon’s mobile presence and for upgrading equipment in its existing store to enhance service efficiency and product quality. This initiative is a key step in Papelon’s growth strategy and commitment to sharing vibrant Venezuelan flavors with the community. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
