Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of all the new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We focus on and list first those with social impact and underrepresented founders. We also add other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Other new offerings added during the week.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or a minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Tatleaux - NJ Community Solar is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded and led by CEO Joseph Z. Cortes, the company is developing community solar projects designed to deliver affordable, renewable energy directly to local residents without requiring home ownership or rooftop installation. The Burlington Brownfield Solar Project, located in Pemberton Township, New Jersey, transforms a remediated Superfund site into a productive clean energy asset, providing electricity to approximately 250 households. Tatleaux’s model focuses on smaller-scale projects under 5MW, enabling faster permitting, streamlined construction, and quicker time to market compared to traditional solar developments.
Tatleaux - NJ Community Solar is supported by a strong project foundation, including a secured site lease, completed engineering, and ongoing permitting, with construction expected to begin in Fall 2026 and completion targeted for Spring 2027. The project is backed by a 40-year power purchase agreement with projected lifetime revenue of $15.4 million and a 2% annual escalator. At least 51% of the generated power will serve low- to moderate-income households, delivering a minimum of 25% savings on utility bills, with some subscribers benefiting from up to 50% savings. The company’s approach also includes workforce development, training local residents for solar installation and operations and prioritizing them for employment opportunities.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign to complete final development stages, including permitting, engineering finalization, and pre-construction activities. With a mission-driven model that combines clean energy generation, community impact, and workforce development, Tatleaux - NJ Community Solar aims to scale its efficient project approach while expanding access to affordable renewable energy and creating long-term value for underserved communities. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Pop Pop Hurray is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded and led by CEO Tony Davis, the company is a gourmet popcorn brand focused on transforming a traditional snack into a premium, flavor-driven experience. Pop Pop Hurray offers a variety of bold and creative popcorn flavors designed to deliver a fun and memorable product for everyday consumers. What began as a local concept has quickly grown into a recognized regional brand, with three retail locations established across the St. Louis area and a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, and customer engagement.
Pop Pop Hurray has demonstrated strong early traction, selling over 150,000 bags of popcorn and achieving rapid sell-through during its initial retail launch, which sold out in more than 16 stores in under two weeks. The company has also secured partnerships with major sports organizations and venues, including the St. Louis Cardinals and Missouri Tigers, expanding its presence across stadiums and entertainment channels. With growing brand recognition and a loyal customer base, Pop Pop Hurray is positioning itself for broader distribution across grocery, hospitality, and retail markets.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign to invest in equipment, marketing, and working capital to support its expansion. With proven demand, strategic partnerships, and a vision to scale nationally, Pop Pop Hurray aims to build a leading gourmet snack brand while continuing to deliver high-quality, innovative products to a growing audience.
