Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Solar Roadways, with a valuation of $33 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is pioneering a completely new category of energy by transforming walking and driving surfaces into intelligent, power-generating infrastructure. Its modular Solar Road Panels combine clean energy production, dynamic LED illumination, embedded heating systems, and onboard microprocessors to modernize roads, parking lots, sidewalks, airports, and military bases. The technology is patented, patent pending, FCC approved, and proudly Made in America, positioning Solar Roadways at the forefront of smart infrastructure and distributed energy innovation.
The company was co-founded by Scott Brusaw, President & CEO, and Julie Ann Brusaw. Solar Roadways has successfully completed seven federal grants, including three from the U.S. Department of Transportation and four from the Department of Defense, and recently finalized its first installation at a U.S. Army base in New Hampshire. The company has raised over $4.7 million from supporters across 165 countries through prior record-breaking crowdfunding campaigns and is collaborating with international manufacturing partner ElringKlinger and nationwide construction firms to prepare for scalable production. Its latest SR5 panel model features significant engineering upgrades, including reduced weight, improved heat dissipation, externalized “Brain Box” intelligence, and streamlined installation systems.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support final product refinement, UL approval, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization as Solar Roadways transitions into mass production. Proceeds will also accelerate installations across public and private sector projects, including roads, military bases, airports, and smart city applications, advancing the company’s vision to modernize global infrastructure while generating decentralized clean energy. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Pluto7, with a valuation of $25 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company is transforming enterprise supply chains by moving organizations from legacy ERP systems and spreadsheets to autonomous, AI-driven operations through its proprietary Planning-in-a-Box (Piab) platform and PiAgent application. Pluto7’s Agentic AI operating layer integrates with existing systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce, as well as modern data platforms, enabling real-time monitoring, scenario simulation, and automated decision-making. Recognized by Google, Gartner, and Forrester, Pluto7 aims to capture a significant share of the rapidly expanding global supply chain and AI-agent market.
Pluto7 was founded by Manju Devadas, with Hema Karveti serving as Chief Operating and People Officer. A Google Cloud Premier Partner for Data and AI, Pluto7 has built a decade-long partnership with Google and launched Autonomous Supply Chain Planning in 2026. The company has earned multiple industry recognitions, including Google Cloud Partner of the Year for Data and AI, and has delivered measurable results for enterprise customers such as AB InBev, Levi’s, Cisco, and LeafHome, including multimillion-dollar ROI from individual use cases. Pluto7 operates with three primary revenue streams: platform setup, managed services and support, and reselling services.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support Pluto7’s growth and platform expansion as market demand for autonomous enterprise operations accelerates. Proceeds will be used to scale productization of PiAgent, expand go-to-market efforts, strengthen partnerships, and broaden deployments across industries and geographies, positioning Pluto7 for continued enterprise adoption, potential M&A opportunities, and long-term IPO pathways. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Equal Edge U, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on FundingHope. The company is building an integrated, AI-powered SaaS platform designed to empower neurodivergent college students to thrive academically and personally. Equal Edge U provides accessible tools that help students stay organized, manage tasks, build executive functioning skills, and remain on track toward graduation. With nearly 21% of undergraduates living with disabilities and graduation rates significantly lower than their peers, the company is addressing a large and underserved market through a scalable, subscription-based model for higher education institutions.
Equal Edge U was co-founded by Thom Jones, Melissa Ragan, and Matt Mastroine. The company was inspired by Melissa’s firsthand experience watching her sons lose critical support upon entering college, revealing a widespread gap in services for neurodivergent students. Early validation includes 95% of students in customer discovery interviews expressing strong need for such technology, and 90% of student testers rating the app as “useful” or “extremely useful.” The company is partnering with technology firm Cognativ for development and collaborating with accessibility experts, including Dr. Amanda Feaster of Kent State University, while conducting a pilot initiative connected to Kent State. Equal Edge U plans to launch a Student Ambassador Program to drive early adoption and community engagement ahead of its targeted production release in early 2027.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support continued product development, pilot expansion, user testing, and go-to-market preparation as Equal Edge U advances toward full launch. Proceeds will help refine the platform, scale partnerships with universities and accessibility organizations, and position the company for broader institutional adoption, while advancing inclusive education and contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.
