Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Solar for Healthcare Facility, led by CEO Jeff Rauenhorst, is raising funds on Climatize. The offering finances a behind-the-meter solar installation serving a medical warehouse facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a critical node in the region’s healthcare supply chain. By purchasing solar equipment now, the project secures federal clean energy incentives and positions the installation for full construction, locking in savings that strengthen the project’s financial profile. Once built, the system is expected to reduce operating costs and provide stable, predictable energy expenses over the long term, advancing decarbonization within the healthcare sector. The project is developed by Mission Energy, a renewable energy firm with a track record delivering community-scale solar for schools, nonprofits, and communities across the U.S., combining development, financing, and construction expertise to drive financial savings and social impact. Campaign proceeds will be used to purchase solar equipment and prepare for construction, securing incentives and long-term cost savings for the facility. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Epinal, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is developing Narcolyzer, a first-of-its-kind portable, rapid multi-narcotic breathalyzer that uses a removable, single-use sensor cartridge for accurate detection and testing of multiple drugs via breath. Epinal aims to address the global drug abuse epidemic with a non-invasive, real-time solution that enhances safety and compliance across transportation, human resources, law enforcement, border security, and other sectors. The technology has broader potential applications beyond narcotics detection, including environmental monitoring. Mark Wong, CEO and Co-Founder, leads a world-class team with prior startup experience and multiple successful exits, and the product has received strong interest in pre-sales marketing. The current crowdfunding campaign’s proceeds will be used to advance product development, manufacturing of disposable sensor cartridges, regulatory and field validations, and go-to-market efforts across priority verticals such as transportation, HR, and public safety. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Revero, with a valuation of $50 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company is the first AI-powered online medical clinic focused on treating chronic conditions at the root cause rather than masking symptoms. Revero has developed a scalable, clinically validated care model powered by AI and nutrition therapy, achieving a 90% success rate according to a Harvard study. The platform offers personalized treatment for more than 20 conditions, supported by comprehensive lab testing, ongoing medical supervision, video visits, and smart monitoring devices.
Since its last raise, Revero has launched its fully online medical clinic across all 50 states and is on track to achieve 500% year-over-year revenue growth from 2024 to 2025. The company has already served thousands of patients, with clinical results showing that 79% of members reduced or eliminated all medications after three months of treatment. With 800+ patients enrolled, zero serious adverse events, and strong retention, Revero is now positioned for rapid B2B expansion with health plans and employers seeking to reduce the massive costs of chronic disease care.
Revero was co-founded by Mahsa Rostami, an AI healthcare leader who previously led AI automation projects for CMS.gov impacting 150 million people, and Dr. Shawn Baker, a globally recognized leader in medical nutrition therapy, orthopedic surgeon, best-selling author, and world champion athlete with 1.7M+ social media followers. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to accelerate nationwide growth, strengthen B2B partnerships, and further scale Revero’s AI-driven platform as the infrastructure for chronic disease reversal.
