Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of all the new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We focus on and list first those with social impact and underrepresented founders. We also add other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Other new offerings added during the week.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or a minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
RISE Robotics, with a valuation of $62.12 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Led by CEO Hiten Sonpal alongside co-founders Toomas Sepp, Blake Sessions, and Kyle Dell’Aquila, the company is revolutionizing heavy machinery through its proprietary Beltdraulic™ motion control technology, a fluid-free actuator system that delivers faster, more efficient, and more durable performance than traditional hydraulics. RISE Robotics has already generated $9.7 million in product and contract revenue, with a current backlog exceeding $2.5 million, and was recognized as the #1 Regulation Crowdfunding campaign of 2025 with over 2,500 investors and $5.7 million committed. The company has achieved a GUINNESS WORLD RECORD™ for the world’s strongest robotic arm prototype, capable of lifting over 7,000 pounds, and has secured backing from leading investors including Techstars, Fortistar Capital, and MIT’s The Engine. With more than 20 global patents granted or pending, RISE is building a strong intellectual property moat while targeting a massive $750 billion heavy machinery market. Its technology is already being deployed across commercial, industrial, and defense applications, including contracts with the U.S. military and participation in major federal programs. The company generates revenue through product sales, joint development, and licensing, and is now scaling manufacturing and expanding partnerships as it transitions from R&D to commercialization. RISE Robotics was also featured on the Superpowers For Good Show and participated in the Q2 2025 Superpowers For Good Live Pitch, where Hiten Sonpal showcased its breakthrough technology—watch the pitch below to learn more. Proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign will support production scaling, market expansion, and continued innovation, positioning RISE Robotics to lead the shift toward electrified, AI-ready, and zero-emission heavy machinery. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
LGCY, is raising funds on CRCLE. Managed by Zachery Barlow, the company is a sports technology and digital media business that creates custom trading cards linked to digital highlight content for athletes at every level, including youth, amateur, and collegiate players. Founded in 2025 and based in Athens, Texas, LGCY has already demonstrated early traction by fulfilling its first run of cards through partnerships with local schools and athletic clubs. The company combines physical collectibles with digital storytelling, allowing athletes and families to capture, share, and preserve performance highlights in a unique and engaging format. Backed by a team with over 30 years of combined experience across competitive athletics, sports media, and the NIL ecosystem, LGCY is well-positioned to expand its reach through athlete partnerships, sports camps, and events. Proceeds allocated toward inventory, marketing, and operational expansion initiatives. With growing interest in athlete branding and digital content, LGCY aims to scale its platform and become a recognized player in the evolving sports collectibles and media landscape. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Dorian, with a valuation of $60 million, is raising funds on Republic. Founded and led by CEO and Co-founder Julia Palatovska alongside CTO and Co-founder Jordan Lee, the company is a creator-focused gaming platform that enables artists, writers, cosplayers, and voice actors to build and monetize interactive games without coding. Dorian offers a no-code game engine and distribution platform that allows creators to turn their stories into immersive, fan-driven experiences, where users engage through in-app purchases that influence narratives and outcomes. The company has generated over $10 million in lifetime revenue from fan spending and has raised $19 million to build its platform, earning industry recognition as a Best Game Engine/Creative Platform nominee alongside major players like Unreal, Unity, and Roblox. Dorian has demonstrated strong traction, with non-technical creators building games generating over $1 million in revenue and multiple creators launching profitable game studios on the platform. Notably, 90% of Dorian’s creators are women and queer, significantly higher than the industry average, positioning the company at the forefront of the rapidly growing $200 billion female-first and Gen Z-driven content market. Backed by investors associated with leading platforms like Twitch, Supercell, and Wattpad, Dorian is building a community-owned ecosystem where creators and fans can participate in the platform’s success. The company plans to use proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign to enhance its creative tools, expand the platform, and empower more creators to build and scale their own game IP, as it continues to redefine the future of creator-owned, interactive entertainment. Other New Offerings:
This week’s additional offerings highlight a diverse mix of consumer, creator, and technology-driven opportunities, including Cache, Lighter Side of RC Channel Drop, ProShotX, and TOKYOPOP. From Cache’s expansion of its modern French dining experience into a second location, to Lighter Side of RC Channel Drop’s continued growth in the radio-controlled aviation content space, these deals reflect strong community engagement and niche audience traction. Meanwhile, ProShotX is advancing AI-powered athlete development, starting with basketball, and TOKYOPOP is leveraging its longstanding position in the global anime and manga ecosystem to scale storytelling across publishing, media, and live experiences. Together, these offerings showcase the continued breadth of innovation across hospitality, digital media, sports technology, and entertainment. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
