Really encouraging to see regulated crowdfunding bouncing back so strongly—especially the Newsmax Reg A+ success. That tradable share angle adds a whole new layer of appeal for investors who’ve traditionally been wary of illiquidity. It is interesting. The community there clearly "got it." What's interesting to me is that this is kind of an exception. Most regulated investment crowdfunding deals have been done by businesses in Democratic Congressional districts (which tend to be more urban). I hope my lefty friends will learn from this case study and mimic it at scale. Imagine Stephen Colbert launching his own channel after raising $75 million from his crowd!

Well, I'm in a Red Minnesota District...working for decades in Ec Dev. It has been grueling to achieve the kinds of outcomes I've aspired to...because some version of reticence that comes with the territory...until now! Hope someone sends your suggestion to Colbert.
