Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Reem’s California is raising funds on Wefunder. The nationally acclaimed bakery and restaurant is inspired by the Arab street corner bakery and rooted in community resilience, food sovereignty, and worker empowerment. Reem’s has been featured in Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, The New York Times, and the San Francisco Chronicle, and has received multiple James Beard Award nominations, including 2022 finalist for Outstanding Chef. The company provides nourishing food, dignified living-wage jobs, and a liberatory space for marginalized communities, while also distributing award-winning products at independent retailers across the Bay Area.
Reem Assil founded Reem’s California with co-founder Zaynah Hindi, building the business from a farmers market stall into a multi-location, multi-revenue stream operation. In 2020, with funding from the Emerson Collective, the company launched the Sumoud apprenticeship program to train employees to become future worker-owners—a model documented in Ruth Reichl’s award-winning film Food and Country, which premiered at Sundance in 2023.
The current crowdfunding campaign will be used to invest in core administrative operations, expand worker ownership pathways, and open a flagship bakery in Oakland. The flagship will scale wholesale and consumer packaged goods operations, grow catering and retail, and serve as the hub for future community-centered outposts. Each part of Reem’s ecosystem—restaurants, wholesale, catering, and commissary—supports the others, creating a sustainable model of growth that builds generational wealth for workers and strengthens communities. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
FirstVitals is raising funds on Andes Capital. The company is redefining gastrointestinal diagnostics with ProteusDx™, the world’s first AI-powered, multi-species video capsule endoscopy (VCE) platform. FirstVitals’ proprietary technology integrates wireless capsule imaging with real-time AI interpretation, enabling non-invasive, accurate, and scalable GI diagnostics. The company is the first mover to bring this technology across humans, companion pets, and equine markets, unlocking a new frontier in precision health.
In human healthcare, ProteusDx™ aims to address bottlenecks in GI care by improving accuracy, lowering costs, and expanding access to underserved areas. For pets, the platform provides a non-invasive solution for diagnosing ulcers, IBD, tumors, and motility disorders in dogs and cats, disrupting a high-margin market with limited alternatives. In equine health, ProteusDx™ addresses the urgent need for safer, more accessible ulcer diagnostics for performance horses, a condition affecting up to 90% of the population.
Ernie Lee founded FirstVitals with the vision to bridge human and veterinary medicine through AI-driven diagnostics. The company holds proprietary IP across AI and capsule technology and is positioned to lead a paradigm shift in GI imaging.
The current crowdfunding campaign will be used to advance platform development, pursue FDA clearance, scale veterinary solutions, and expand market adoption. By combining AI, non-invasive technology, and a multi-species approach, FirstVitals is pioneering the future of precision diagnostics and early disease detection. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
The Human Array, with a valuation of $12 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is building the world’s first holistic health hub — a platform that helps people find the next right step on their wellness journey. In a $6.3 trillion industry that is fragmented and overwhelming, The Human Array combines AI-powered matching with human-centered design to connect individuals with the right practitioners, healers, and guides, bringing clarity and ease to whole-person health.
The Human Array addresses the growing demand for wellness solutions, with 82% of people prioritizing their health but often struggling to find trusted, effective support. The platform bridges ancient wisdom and modern technology, amplifying human expertise rather than replacing it, and creates a collaborative ecosystem where practitioners across disciplines can serve people more effectively.
Carrie Allen, a seasoned leader with decades of experience in wellness, business, and technology, founded The Human Array to reshape how people access holistic health. She previously helped build brands and platforms trusted by thousands and now leads this mission-driven enterprise.
The current crowdfunding campaign will be used to expand platform development, grow the practitioner network, enhance AI-powered matching, and scale operations. By connecting seekers with the right next step and empowering practitioners with community and tools, The Human Array aims to transform the wellness industry from fragmented solutions into an integrated system of healing and growth. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offerings of the Week:
Inner Space KC is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The company is Kansas City’s premier LGBTQ-owned yoga, movement, and healing arts studio, offering a sober and recovery-supportive environment rooted in a harm reduction ethic. Located in a historic 100-year-old building in midtown Kansas City, Inner Space KC bridges traditional and contemporary practices of yoga, meditation, movement, and martial arts. In addition to hosting classes, the studio leases space to 13 commercial tenants, including energy healers, artists, herbalists, harm-reduction specialists, retailers, and local nonprofits, as well as four different hair and esthetician salons. This unique model creates both a wellness studio and a collaborative collective that fosters community and uplifts BIPOC voices.
Alexis Penney founded Inner Space KC with the mission of crafting an inclusive space of healing and empowerment. The current crowdfunding campaign will support renovations, a website revamp, teacher training, and an online platform. Renovations will update the well-loved space with new paint, repairs, and storage improvements. The website revamp will streamline the user experience and launch a branded app through Wellness Living. Teacher training will deepen the practice and leadership of the studio’s community, while the online platform will expand offerings to students beyond Kansas City, creating new streams of revenue for staff.
