Overthrow Hospitality, with a valuation of $21.7 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a plant-based food and beverage hospitality group with ten unique venues. Overthrow Hospitality offers elevated dining and drinking experiences to its consumers and caters to those who aspire to better themselves and the planet. The business has a social community of over 300,000 and reported a 59% growth in revenues from 2021 to 2023. Ravi Lalchandani, Drew Brady, and Sother Teague founded Overthrow Hospitality in April 2024. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $14,981.80 and a maximum target of $3 million. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
GK Pastry is raising funds on
. It is a bakery in Mountain View, California, known for its handcrafted baked goods. GK Pastry uses natural and high-quality ingredients to create its signature sourdough bread, focaccias, and pastries and offers a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The business has a loyal customer base at its two current locations and plans to expand further. Gulnoza Khaytenova, Khayrulla Musabaev, Khasan Musabaev, and Osman Musabaev founded GK Pastry in February 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $50,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to open a third location in Los Altos, California. Dance Media, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed a community across the entire dance sector that serves all aspects of the dance industry. Dance Media includes Dance Magazine, Dance Spirit, Pointe, Dance Teacher, and The Dance Edit, and has over 2.3 million followers on social media. The company has an international audience of more than 10 million people and has been featured in The New York Times and Los Angeles Times. Mitchell Rubenstein and Laurie S. Silvers founded Dance Media in August 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million.
