Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Ovanova PET is raising funds on Wefunder to scale the production of its Portable Energy Trailers (PETs)—mobile microgrid power stations that provide clean, resilient energy in times of crisis and beyond. Led by Co-Founder and CEO John Carey, the company aims to bring disaster-ready, income-generating energy solutions to underserved communities across the U.S.
The PET integrates directly with home and building electrical systems, storing and distributing solar energy, reducing utility bills, and keeping essential services powered when the grid fails. Ovanova has already deployed microgrids across 27 states and facilitated $150 million in clean energy grant applications for small towns, farms, and businesses.
Funds will be used to finalize product development, launch the PET Locator App, and expand production nationally through a network of regional builders and technicians. Backers are promised 5% of gross revenue paid quarterly until they earn 3x their original contribution.
Ovanova PET is building energy freedom from the ground up—community-owned, locally manufactured, and designed to keep America’s lights on, one trailer at a time. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Power Hero is raising funds on Wefunder to revolutionize EV charging access for the 117 million Americans living in apartments and underserved communities. Led by CEO Craig Nelson and Executive Chairman and Founder Esmond Goei, Power Hero is creating a flexible, scalable EV charging ecosystem with patented technologies that turn every household outlet and home charger into revenue-generating power stations.
The company’s flagship products include the PowerPac, a portable, modular EV charging unit, and Cameo, an “Airbnb-style” peer-to-peer network of home-based EV chargers. With over 15 granted patents, Power Hero addresses the significant gaps left by traditional charging infrastructure—eliminating the need for costly installations and enabling apartment residents, rural drivers, and emergency responders to access reliable power.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support the launch of the PowerPac product line, development of a nationwide network, and expansion across the U.S. market. With over 2,000 prospective beta customers already registered and a projected $1.5 trillion EV market by 2030, Power Hero is poised to be a game-changer in the clean energy revolution. Investors receive 5% of gross revenue quarterly until they reach 3x their contribution, and early participants enjoy a 50% price discount and IPO tag-along rights. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Berlin Brewing Company is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit to expand operations and strengthen its presence in the competitive craft beer market. Founded by Ed and Michele Secrest in 2014, Berlin Brewing Company is one of New Jersey’s original microbreweries. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Berlin Borough, the brewery is known for its high-quality, small-batch craft beers, welcoming taproom, and strong community ties.
The brewery offers a diverse range of brews—from hop-forward IPAs and rich stouts to seasonal specialties and house-made sodas. With a loyal customer base, regular live music events, and a cozy, laid-back atmosphere, Berlin Brewing Company has become a local favorite for both residents and visitors.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support equipment upgrades, marketing efforts, and product line expansion. These investments aim to improve operational efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and attract new patrons, positioning Berlin Brewing Company for long-term growth and continued success.
