This Week’s New Crowdfunding Offerings Featuring Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership
You can advertise in Superpowers for Good. Click to learn more.
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Oshi, with a valuation of $18 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Co-founded and led by CEO Ofek Ron, the company is pioneering the next generation of plant-based seafood with the first whole-cut 100% plant-based salmon fillet in the US market. Backed by more than $10 million from leading venture firms connected to brands such as Oatly, Impossible Foods, and Beyond Meat, Oshi is focused on delivering a premium seafood experience without relying on industrial fishing or fish farming. The company’s flagship salmon fillet uses patented Modular Layering technology to recreate the natural flake, texture, and cooking performance of conventional salmon while using plant-based ingredients such as mycoprotein, algae-derived Omega-3s, and avocado oil.
Oshi has demonstrated strong early traction through successful pilots in more than 100 restaurants, including Next Level Burger, Veggie Grill, and City Roots Hospitality, where the product became a top-performing plant-based menu item and often ranked among the top-selling dishes overall. The company has also built a direct-to-consumer customer base of more than 1,000 buyers with 93% positive feedback, while growing revenue 4× year-over-year during its pilot phase. Oshi is now preparing for a major retail expansion targeting more than 686 retail locations in 2026 through distribution partnerships with KeHE and United Natural Foods, Inc. The business projects more than $1 million in revenue in 2026 as it scales production and broadens national availability.
The company’s patented manufacturing platform is designed for scalability using existing food manufacturing infrastructure rather than requiring new factory builds, creating an asset-light and efficient production model. Oshi has also formed a strategic manufacturing partnership in Brazil to support expansion into Latin America and plans to extend its portfolio beyond salmon into whitefish and additional seafood categories. Its production economics have improved significantly, reducing manufacturing costs from nearly $40 per fillet during early pilot stages to approximately $6 today, with future targets near price parity with conventional salmon.
Oshi operates in the rapidly growing plant-based seafood category, addressing increasing consumer concerns around overfishing, contaminants, industrial fish farming, and sustainability. The company’s premium positioning, patented technology, and whole-cut seafood focus differentiate it from many plant-based competitors that rely primarily on processed nuggets and patties. Led by a team that includes repeat founders, PhDs, and advisors from Oatly and Impossible Foods, Oshi aims to become a category-defining sustainable seafood brand while capitalizing on growing consumer demand for high-quality, environmentally conscious protein alternatives. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
CONTRA CLASS is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded and led by CEO and fashion designer Jessica J. Evans, the company is building a sensory-conscious fashion and community platform designed for professionals who have long felt excluded by traditional fashion standards. CONTRA CLASS approaches apparel through the lens of comfort, accessibility, and identity, creating garments with tagless construction, flat-locked seams, heavyweight cotton, and gender-free sizing based on actual body measurements rather than conventional industry standards. The company positions itself as more than a clothing brand, operating through three interconnected pillars: apparel, The Vault Index community and education platform, and The Outlier Fund, a planned nonprofit initiative focused on legal defense and scholarships for professionals facing workplace discrimination tied to neurological differences. The Vault Index, scheduled to launch in July 2026, will provide peer networking, expert programming, and workplace rights education before the first products officially ship, establishing a relationship-driven membership ecosystem around the brand.
CONTRA CLASS aims to address the growing demand for inclusive, sensory-aware fashion while challenging the traditional fashion industry’s approach to sizing, comfort, and consumer identity. The company’s launch strategy includes fragrance products, apparel collections, and membership-based experiences designed to support both physical comfort and emotional wellbeing.
Funds from the current raise will support domestic apparel manufacturing, production of the Founding Portfolio metal cards, branded packaging, and marketing initiatives including influencer outreach and social advertising through the end of 2026. The business is supported by an existing accounting operation that provides ongoing cash flow stability and covers current obligations, including a $35,000 line of credit, allowing the fashion business to scale without immediate dependence on new revenue. CONTRA CLASS projects at least $40,000 in first-quarter revenue following launch, validating its early business model and supporting future production expansion. By combining adaptive fashion design, community infrastructure, and advocacy initiatives, CONTRA CLASS aims to redefine what inclusive fashion can look like while building a movement centered around authenticity, accessibility, and long-term social impact. SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Martinson Machine is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded and led by CEO Rodrigo Martinson Santos, the company is building a clean energy and digital infrastructure platform that combines commercial-scale solar deployment with proprietary real-time energy monitoring and optimization technology. Martinson Machine operates through an Energy as a Service (EaaS) model, financing, installing, and maintaining high-efficiency solar arrays for commercial and industrial clients while generating recurring revenue through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). The company’s proprietary software platform uses telemetry and advanced load-shifting algorithms to track energy generation and consumption in real time, synchronizing heavy electrical demand with peak solar production to improve efficiency and reduce dependence on the traditional electrical grid.
Martinson Machine has already demonstrated a 90% reduction in grid dependency through its Smart Grid protocols, validating the effectiveness of its decentralized energy approach in real-world applications. The business has also received institutional validation through startup approval from the University of Florida ecosystem and continues to expand its footprint across the United States and Brazil. By treating energy as a digitally tracked and auditable asset, Martinson Machine is creating a transparent, data-driven utility model designed for modern commercial operations.
The current funding round will primarily support the procurement and installation of additional solar arrays for active commercial clients already in the company’s pipeline, immediately increasing the total kilowatt-hours under management and expanding its portfolio of recurring PPA revenue streams. With a combination of renewable infrastructure, proprietary energy optimization software, and long-term contracted revenue, Martinson Machine aims to position itself as a scalable clean energy technology company serving the growing demand for decentralized and intelligent power management solutions.
