Aptera Motors, an automobile manufacturing company, is raising funds with Dalmore as the Broker dealer through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company is making electric vehicles with higher energy efficiency, better manufacturing efficiency, and lower costs. Chris Anthony founded Aptera Motors in 2019. The current crowdfunding round has no minimum target and a maximum target of $41,270,000. The raise proceeds will be used towards development and design, production and equipment, and general and administrative expenses. Aptera Motors already has over $350 million in pre-orders, with 10,000 people already reserved a vehicle. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offering(s) of the Week:
WiGL, with a valuation of $147 million, is raising funds on StartEngine through Reg A+ crowdfunding. It is a wireless power company bringing new technologies developed for the Department of Defense to improve the value proposition of other goods and services. People will be able to ditch cords and wires and use WiGL’s network to power their devices. WiGL works on a fully patented technology and is led by a team of strong founders with experience in the Air Force, MIT, and BAE Systems. Dr. Ahmad Glover founded WiGL in February 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $20,000,000. Rentberry, with a valuation of $35 million, is raising funds on Republic. It is a fully automated global home rental platform. The application brings the tenants and landlords together and provides services like property marketing, tenant screening, rental auction, e-contracts, rental payments, and online data storage. The company has surpassed over 2 million monthly active users and more than nine million listings worldwide. Oleskiy Lyubynskyy founded Rentberry in 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $4.76 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for operations, sales and marketing, and hiring. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offering(s) of the Week:
Second Act Theatrical Capital, with a valuation of $556,000, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company produces and invests in theatrical productions, including Broadway shows. The business specializes in working on shows that prioritize BIPOC narratives and creators both on and behind the stage. The aim of Second Act Theatrical Capital is to provide BIPOC people with a more equitable representation in theatre. Rashad V. Chambers, Miranda Gohh, Adam Hyndman, Toni R. Israel, Rob Laqui, Sammy Lopez, Ronee Penoi, and Cynthia J. Tong founded Second Act Theatrical Capital in September 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $5,000,000.
