Steele Hair Gallery Featured Among New Impact Offerings - March 30, 2026
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of all the new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We focus on and list first those with social impact and underrepresented founders. We also add other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Other new offerings added during the week.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or a minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

Great Companies Aren’t Built Alone
Great companies are never built by founders alone.
Behind every growing company is a team that showed up early, stayed late, solved problems no one anticipated, and believed in the mission when success was far from guaranteed.
That’s why we created the PurposeBuilt100™ Showcase.
PurposeBuilt100 recognizes the 100 fastest-growing purpose-driven companies in America, celebrating not just growth, but the people and culture that made that growth possible. The companies selected will be featured during the televised PurposeBuilt100 Showcase at SuperCrowd26 (August 25–27, 2026) and profiled in a beautifully produced hardcover book distributed to founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders.
What the Inc. 5000 Can’t Tell Us About Purpose-Driven Growth
Each year, thousands of entrepreneurs wait eagerly to see whether their companies will appear on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, published by Inc. magazine.
For founders, making the list is more than a vanity milestone. It signals credibility. It tells investors, customers, and partners that a company isn’t just promising growth—it has delivered it. For many companies, appearing on the Inc. 5000 becomes a badge of honor that helps attract talent, customers, and capital.
There’s a good reason the list has become one of the most respected recognitions in American entrepreneurship. It highlights what every founder ultimately strives for: real growth built through execution.
But there’s something the Inc. 5000 can’t tell us.
It can’t tell us which of those companies are building a better world.
