You can advertise in Superpowers for Good. Click to learn more.
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings as determined by KingsCrowd reviews.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Cxffeeblack, with a valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has achieved over $1 million in sales, maintained a 50% average year-over-year growth, and raised nearly $300,000 in pre-seed funding. Unique in its approach, Cxffeeblack has built an all-Black supply chain from Ethiopia, using a Black-owned shipping company, and roasting the coffee in-house. Founders Bartholomew Jones and Renata Henderson aim to highlight coffee's Black history and contribute to its Black future. Their innovative approach includes selling a sitcom to HBO Max, achieving 1.2 million organic streams for their music catalog, and partnering with NBA player Jae'Sean Tate on various initiatives. They also established the first-ever Pan-African Black Barista Global Exchange Program in 2023.
The current crowdfunding campaign, with a target of $1,240,000, aims to expand Cxffeeblack’s operations, enhance marketing efforts, and develop new products. This includes investing in their Anti-Gentrification Cxffee Club storefront in Memphis, TN, which serves as an embassy connecting the community to the rich history of coffee and Black culture. Cxffeeblack's mission, encapsulated in their slogan "Make Cxffee Black Again," emphasizes returning coffee to its roots and celebrating the Black culture integral to its story. By stripping away the layers of "cream and sugar" added by history, Cxffeeblack aims to reveal the true essence and origin of coffee while creating opportunities and educating the community about the Black history of coffee.
