Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Millstone Community Solar is raising funds on Climatize to support the construction of a 712 kW community solar installation in Millstone Township, New Jersey—a serene and nature-rich community in Monmouth County. The project is designed to expand access to affordable clean energy by feeding solar power into the grid and providing electricity bill savings to local residents through New Jersey’s community solar program.
The initiative is projected to avoid approximately 347 metric tons of CO₂ emissions annually, which equates to eliminating nearly 860,000 miles of gasoline-powered vehicle travel each year. The project is backed by Plankton-Gratitude, a joint venture between Plankton Energy and Gratitude Railroad—two leaders in energy development and impact investing. This partnership combines technical expertise and mission-driven capital to scale distributed solar projects with both financial and environmental returns.
The campaign is led by CEO Daniel Giuffrida. The offering highlights a strong alignment of climate impact, community benefit, and investor returns in the regulated impact crowdfunding space. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
TUYYO Foods is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit to fuel its continued growth in the better-for-you beverage space. Founded by Stefanie Garcia Turner, TUYYO Foods produces a modern line of Hispanic-inspired instant drink mixes crafted with real, authentic ingredients and no dyes or additives—celebrating Latin flavor with every sip. The beverages are inspired by traditional Mexican aguas frescas and are manufactured in San Bernardino, California.
TUYYO has already achieved impressive retail distribution, with products available in over 600 stores nationwide, including HEB, Central Market, Meijer, and Whole Foods Market. Stefanie Turner has received widespread recognition for her leadership, including being named a top Latina in business by Nasdaq, featured in Times Square, and highlighted in Forbes and Medium. She also won first place in the Consumer Packaged Goods track at the Women Founders Network pitch competition, earning a $25,000 prize. Her story will be featured in Whole Foods Market’s upcoming podcast with CEO Jason Buechel and in a documentary film set to release in Q4 2025.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support raw ingredient purchases, in-store marketing demos, and research and development for new product SKUs. These investments will enable TUYYO Foods to meet growing demand from new retail launches, boost in-store trial and brand awareness, and drive innovation in the culturally inspired beverage space. The company’s valuation has not been disclosed. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Alkali Rye is raising funds on SMBX to support the growth of its unique Beverage & Hospitality Shop based in Oakland, California. Co-founded by Kori Saika Chen and Jessica Moncada Konte, Alkali Rye offers a highly curated selection of spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, wine, and homewares, with a strong emphasis on small-batch and underrepresented makers. More than just a retail store, Alkali Rye functions as a vibrant community hub, hosting workshops, cocktail classes, and pop-up events that foster connection, education, and cultural celebration.
The business was founded with the belief that retail can uplift communities, and Alkali Rye is intentionally designed to support Oakland’s creative economy, elevate diverse voices in the beverage world, and serve as a gathering space for lovers of craft drinks and culture.
The current crowdfunding campaign will help the company expand its operations and offerings, provide essential working capital, and refinance high-interest credit card debt. Although the valuation has not been disclosed, Alkali Rye’s mission-driven model and commitment to inclusive, community-centered retail make it a standout in the world of craft beverages.
